Amazing advice and service
Fantastic advice, service and delivery. Chris was amazing, he helped with so much advice in the choice of frame and build. The graphics we chose were complicated and he engaged with that and made it happen in super quick time. The bike was delivered for my daughter’s birthday and she is thrilled with it. It’s a dream bike!

Phil and Chris at Reilly Cycle Works were great to deal with during the bike ordering process. Because of this I was confident that the bike would be right for me when it arrived via Parcel Force. The bike "I" wanted T325D
I deliberated extensively before deciding to purchase a new bike.
Ready-made bikes from various retailers didn't afford me the flexibility to tailor my choice to meet specific requirements.
My criteria included the need for a bike suitable for extended endurance, both on flat roads and during climbs.
I looked for a lightweight design that I could easily maintain on the road, yet robust enough to handle the challenges of my remote adventures.

The buying process was easy and Phil was great to chat to about the options on the frameset.
The only thing that maybe worth considering in future when selling framesets is maybe some cable pullthroughs for cable placement etc.

Great bike and really good pre delivery service for advice/spec tweaking.
Nearly lost a disc on the first ride due to a retainer nut not being tightened properly so build process clearly not foolproof, but I am absolutely loving the bike so all forgiven!
