Great service, great bed!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic quality and excellent service!
I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience with Reinforced Beds.
The bed is very good quality, very well made, and feels incredibly strong and sturdy.
The staff were helpful, and we received plenty of updates and communication before delivery.
The bed is for my son, who is a special needs adult with sensory needs,He loves to belly bounce on his bed and needs plenty of space, so having a strong, spacious bed is really important for him.
In my personal opinion, the cost is absolutely worth it.The quality is excellent,
it was simple to put together, and I it feel like the bed frame will last a long time .
most importantly, my son absolutely loves it, and seeing him happy and comfortable makes it worth every penny.

Mattress is great. Delivery time was great. Only concern was we paid for delivery to room of choice but when the men came they said that doesn't actually go to the delivery company and they weren't aware? Thankfully they did take it up to the room of choice and they were so so lovely regardless.

The quality control over your components could be improved.
The foot inserts wouldn’t fit, we had to drill the holes out to make them fit.
Screws and threads not great.
Once assembled bead seams fine.

Good quality product. . Very solid bed frame. Value for money. My family and I love it!!!

So first of all the price to product quality ratio is insanely good. For under 500 quid we got a triple bunk bed for adults that will not only carry two rather unfit adults but will also probably survive the apocalypse with how sturdy it feels.

Considering the bed is THAT solid even the building process was good. Instructions were clear and with 2 people it took us around 5 hours total to build the whole bed in between our busy work schedules. Can't complain. It's easier to build than IKEA furniture for sure.

When receiving the bed there were some screws missing but a quick message to customer support and the very next day we had all missing items in the mail which was incredible.

The delivery of the bed itself was great too, two lads came and brought the boxes all the way upstairs for us. The delivery date could be booked for the day we wanted as well it was all really flexible.

I'm excited to spend the night in our new bunk bed!!! I will probably NOT be back to buy another bed, but only because this bed is going to last for 5 generations now that it's built!

I’ve ordered quite a few beds in the past for family members from this company. Beds are very robust and easy to put together. It took 2 people 10 minutes to unpack and build.

Good information when selecting mattress and good delivery

Reinforced Beds was excellent. The team who managed the install were professional, hardworking, and diligent. Lucy -- who managed the sales and delivery -- was prompt and considerate, and super helpful in arranging all the particulars. I'd happily work with this team of people again!

Great support received when we had to contact customer services because of fault to mattress, described problem, covered by extended warranty, item replaced and faulty mattress disposed of no messing. Thank you very much 5⭐️ Reinforced Beds

Great mattress till now. No more back pains! I have been looking for a very firm mattress and this one is great for back sleepers. Side sleeping wasn't very comfortable for me, but may depends on people. May be I should use a mattress topper, but haven't tried it yet.

Was easy to put together. But there was a screw and washer missing. Emailed then and the missing parts came through post in about 2 days. Very good service from delivery to sorting the missing parts out. Will be using this company again.

Been waiting for my bed for nearly four weeks, advised it was supposed coming soon on the website which wasn’t shown at time of purchase, only on my confirmation after I’d ordered it
Taking no responsibility at all for the fact I’ve been left with no bed or mattress, continued to tell me for two weeks it would be with me in a few days then came back and said that they got it wrong, I have tried to speak to customer service who just come across arrogant and rude and clearly never had training.

We needed a new mattress because our old one had collapsed and was very uncomfortable, obviously we didn't want to have the same thing happen again so we searched the internet for a company who could handle our request, upon finding reinforced beds we knew this was the right choice, after some discussion we went for The Brick with topper and in just over a week we received our mattress, we chose 2 man delivery and they were very professional and fast. Our first few nights were a little difficult to adjust to the firmness of the mattress after sleeping on our old one but in it's defence it's called The Brick, the clue is in the name. All in all after getting used to it we can confirm that we are finally having a fantastic night's sleep and waking up without the aches and pains or feeling like we need more sleep.

Second time ordering from this company. From online ordering to delivery, everything was swift and easy.

Product arrived yellowing like it’s been wet or stored incorrectly,and shop soiled, with a hole in the fabric.

Company told me to clean it!

The packaging arrived clean and dry, intact so your response is rubbish, perhaps you should check what you’re sending!
