Second time ordering from this company. From online ordering to delivery, everything was swift and easy.

Product arrived yellowing like it’s been wet or stored incorrectly,and shop soiled, with a hole in the fabric.

Company told me to clean it!

The packaging arrived clean and dry, intact so your response is rubbish, perhaps you should check what you’re sending!

Absolutely beautiful bed. So strong and the best quality. I would highly recommend this company also great communication.

My bed feels incredible. At 29 stone, I’m usually worried about breaking things but this feels incredibly reassuring. The build quality is excellent and it’s definitely worth every penny.

Good sturdy beds at a good price, easy to buy and delivery was great. They are very heavy to carry upstairs but this is part of buying heavy duty steel frames! My only gripe is that they can shed a lot of metal dust which has left marks on my new cream carpet which is incredibly annoying. Be careful when unwrapping them and if possible take them to their final location in the box to avoid dust trails!

The instructions for putting together the bunk beds I ordered could have been clearer in places.

But other than that, the ordering process was smooth, the delivery was great and most importantly the quality of the beds themselves is absolutely top-notch. Very sturdy and lovely, solid oak material.

First of all what a great mattress this is I sleep very well on this brick extra deep I would highly recommend reinforced beds ltd solid base and superb matresses designed or the more portlier person all in all a reasonable buying experience

Absolutely fantastic service , ordered a bed frame plus extras , arrived today , this is the strongest bed I have ever seen ! This will last a lifetime. If you want a bed that’s strong well made and very reasonably priced I advise you to buy from this company . Over the moon .

Purchased a bunk bed. Good pre and post sales service. Bed arrived on time - took a while to put together but looks good. Some minor parts were missing but a very quick response from customer service to rectify.

Fantastically made bed! So strong and sturdy it definitely isn't going anywhere. Highly recommended for heavier bodies. Straight forward to assemble but very heavy ( that's a good thing) so because of the weight I'm glad we paid the extra to have it delivered to the bedroom and not curb side.

Ordering was simple, delivery was quick and we have had the first good nights sleep we have had in weeks, just perfect. Would definitely recommend Reinforced beds every time, great value for money too. The delivery team were excellent too.

Good and strong quality beds. Have had the product for a good 4 months now and have let the bed settle so then I can leave a solid review.

The bunk bed is strong and sturdy, very supported for children and definitely adults with the weight limits applied. It did state that there wouldn’t be any squeaking, however there is when my child climbs the ladder into the top bunk and slightly when it moves.

A few of the welding parts on the bottom bunk weren’t centred and off the tracks a little but overall, doesn’t affect the usage of the bed as far as I can tell and isn’t noticeable now with the mattress being on top of it.

Overall - great product and good customer service when needed.

I’ve only half a bed delivered and the other half lost or not even sent. No idea, it’s been 3 weeks since the original delivery date and I’ve been messed around by the delivery company and no real help from reinforced beds. At this point I don’t even want it anymore. I just want them to get the half a bed that’s been delivered and still sitting in boxes and give me a full refund. I wish I’d just went with a local company.

I ordered online late on a Friday evening process was very simple. I also had the VAT relief form to complete which again was quite straightforward. I was very pleasantly surprised to have a response first thing Monday morning advising that my VAT relief credit had been processed already. At the time of ordering on the Friday night I chose delivery on the Wednesday of the next week and I received notification from the carrier also on the Monday that they would be expecting my order. The whole order and delivery happened very smoothly and quickly definitely recommend the company to others.

The mattress itself is good, no doubt about that, and I’m happy with the quality. However, the delivery experience was very frustrating.

My mattress was originally confirmed for delivery on the agreed date, so I arranged everything around it, including the collection of my old mattress and my plans for the day. Then, at very short notice, I was told that there was a stock issue and the mattress could not be delivered as planned.

What was most frustrating was that the stock issue only came to light when the order was being prepared for the courier. By that point, I had already made arrangements based on the confirmed delivery date. I was left without my old mattress and had to manage without a mattress for a night, which was extremely inconvenient.

To their credit, once I contacted them, they did communicate with me and arranged the earliest possible delivery for the following day. So I appreciate that they eventually resolved the situation.

Overall, the mattress is good and I have no complaints about the product itself, but the delivery and stock management need significant improvement. If the stock had been checked properly before confirming the delivery date, this whole situation could have been avoided.
