Ordered Bont shoes that unfortunately didn't fit. Easily ordered even changed colour after payment, delivery time maybe not rapid but still OK. No problem at all with return and refund.

The shoes I ordered were delivered on time and were exactly as described. I appreciated the guidance regarding correct sizing otherwise I would have gone very wrong base don my 'normal' shoe size. Although the cleats ordered with the shoes did not arrive, Reims responded very quickly when advised and I received a full refund.

No information received on the order
The communication and the shipment process was not good. I didn't receive any information on my order status, even after 2 emails and 1 phone call with Neils.
Eventually i received the order, the shoes are great.

Guys at reins are superb
The guys at reins were just superb. I was unsure about correct size and fitting so I wrote an email with some pictures and got an excellent answer within hours. I ordered the shoes the same day and 2 days later I got the parcel. Shoes are the best fitting I had in ages! Thanks for such a great experience!
