Ordered Bont shoes that unfortunately didn't fit. Easily ordered even changed colour after payment, delivery time maybe not rapid but still OK. No problem at all with return and refund.

I ordered some triathlonshoes the 20th…
Update: After commenting on here, I received a phone call by Robin today and we found out, that he answered on my first email and I did not receive it and he did not see my phone calls and my second email.
Although the shoe I ordered is not in stock in the chosen size, he will try to help me to find an alternative (I just sent him my feed measurements). Looks like everything is now working well.
I ordered some triathlonshoes the 20th of September an only received a very short message without any order number or payment confirmation. I sent an email to ask if everything went well but no response, I tried to phone but there is only an answering machine. I am really concerned that I lost my money by a fraud.

Quick delivery to the UK
Quick delivery to the UK, item just as advertised. No extra charges at point of delivery. Shipping charge was reasonable, reflects the additional cost of EU to UK shipping after Brexit.

Bling in blue
My order arrived as predicted and the shoes are perfect. These were replacements for a pair of 7 year old Vaypors. I cannot find any other brand that fits my wide foot. As an Australian living in Austria I am very proud to wear Bonts.
