Best letting agency in Leicester. Mr Niraj Shah has been very professional and friendly from day one. Found the best apartment in town (Abbey house). Process and paperwork was fast and easy. The process of renting was very smooth start to finish. Excellent advice since the viewing and staff are always happy to answer your questions. The flat I moved in had a few issues, however Elliott, the property manager, whom also managed the later stage of my application, quickly dealt with them while also keeping me updated frequently. Really good experience overall.
