Hi everyone. I have been renting a flat from Reliance Properties for 2 years and I was very happy with the service. Whenever I had a problem they sorted it out as soon as possible. Very friendly staff with very good manners. The person who was looking after me was Mr. Niraj Shah and I was so so happy that it was him looking after me. He is a very good and helpful man who is always doing his best to do things quickly and always does what he promises to do. It was amazing to work with these people and live in one of their flats. If I wouldn't want something bigger for myself and my son then I would definitely stay. At the end of my tenancy agreement Mr. Niraj has inspected the flat very quickly to help me to get my whole deposit back.

Reliance Properties have taken care of our property in Leicester City for several years now. There service is excellent!
They are professional and polite and have always tried to help us various situations that have arisen.
We have had a couple of tenancy changes over the time which have been handled smoothly and professionally so that there has been no disruption to our letting.
In regards to maintainable issues they have always let us know exactly what is required and have dealt with the issue using good service and competitive quotes.

I have found the agency very trustworthy, helpful and reliable.
Last year I desperately needed a place to move to as I was about to start university, I found a post online for an available room in a 3rd bedroom apartment and contacted Mr Shah, who gave me all the information needed to the best of his ability, on how to apply and hand in all the paperwork in as soon as possible.
Mr Shah has also happily helped me and my roommates through all paperwork for the following year, guided us and offered consistent help. I definitely recommend reliance properties, to those who are looking for a well-trusted agency.

It was OK to start with and Alex was helpful with moving in.
However, the general condition of the flat wasn't the best, walls were dirty, windowsill wasn't fixed, main locker didn't work properly, even the toilet sit hadn't been changed after the previous tenant and many other minor issues (such as spider's web in places) that when added up were pretty frustrating. Even though most of this has been put on the inventory agency still has taken £90 from our deposit despite agreeing that the flat was left in a good condition, however they still supposedly needed a professional cleaner (that costs £90) to clean the 2 bed flat!
On top of that, we had multiple issues with the boiler that were resolved in a very lengthy manner even though maintenance people lived in the flat above ours.
Mentioning this, is also worthy to underline, that the same maintenance people have very often been extremely loud and even aggressive (one of our guests witnessed a fight outside the building).

I definitely recommend this agency! Agents are very helpful. They care about their customers and in case of any problems they always try their best!

We are just moving in into the new flat fromfrom Reli Properties. The application process was very prompt and customer-friendly. There were some disturbances with our move in date due to the condition of the apartment caused by previous tenants. Mr Elliott Shaw was very professional and explained all the reasons for this delay being extra works that have to be done so that the flat we get is in its best condition. Overall very good experience and Mr Elliott is dedicated, helpful and available almost all the time to answer any questions bothering us.
