Me and my partner have been renting through Reliance Properties for three and a half years now. Alex and Niraj have handled our tenancy from the start. They have always responded promply and efficiently to any of our problems. Communication with them is easy, usually by email or over the phone. Any arrangements or issues are handled and resolved smoothly and with care.

Edit: As of April 2020 (when Alex Tartov moved to London after the merger with rentmyhome.co.uk) , I've had nothing but absolute poor service from reliance. My flat was accessible via fire escape only, and a gap above the neighbouring flat meant pigeons would constantly come in and wreak havoc. After countless calls and emails, I was told the problem was dealt with, no work was done whatsoever. Lies upon lies, let's not even mention the rat that jumped out at me on the fire escape a few weeks after the pigeons started coming. The excuse reliance gave was "its a fire escape at the back" and "well, the landlord has to approve of sealing the hole where the pigeons are coming from" yet nothing was done with regards to contacting the landlord and pressing the issue.

Excellent service, always handle things smoothly. Alex has been a pleasure to deal with, listens to any concerns and handles it in an efficient manner.

I am very satisfied with Reliance properties as they do everything in their power to help you. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly always. I highly recommend this agency to any future tenants.

Was renting flat with reliance properties for 2 years. Really friendly , help me sort out council electricity and broadband, that helped me a lot with sorting out stuff around moving in. Would recommend .
