Opinion about the Agency
I have been renting a flat for two years by the Reliance Property agency. From the very beginning, Niraj Shah helped in everything from finding a dream apartment, to advice about what I can do, how to deal with, for example, waterworks, which turned out to be very simple. I recommend this agency, the staff are friendly and always help.

I have rented a flat from Reliance for the last year and am just about to renew my contract with them for another year. I have had no problems during my time renting from them. Mr Shah has always been helpful and professional. I would recommend.

As a tenant of reliance properties I find the extremely attentive. They are very quick to respond to any and all maintenance issues, including something as simple as changing the battery in my fire alarm as I had no way of reaching it. I have been a tenant now for 3 years and would highly recommend them as a trustworthy and reliable agency when looking to rent.

We have only good words about Mr.Shah and Reliance properties and we can't thank him enough for the tremendous help in renting our flat.From the very first call he was very professional, never promised more than what we can deliver and was always quick to get back to you on anything.
