Fantastic clock!

I brought this clock for my Mum who has dementia. She was really struggling with waking up and not knowing what day, or part of the day, it was.
The clock has made a huge difference to her and she loves it! She loves the auto dim feature especially as is a ‘more gentle way’ to get her bearings than her mobile phone for example.
Great idea and well built with simplicity in mind for people like Mum - would def recommend.

Swift service for a great product

Swift service for a great product. However, reception from the aerial was difficult in my fathers care home, until batteries used so that the radio could be moved close to the window.

Missing pieces, poor shipping

my Dementia clock has still not been…

my Dementia clock has still not been delivered by EVR-i after a week of requests for it to be delivered. I have also sent you complaints which have been ignored. please chase your subcontractor or refund my payment.

We are sorry you feel this way. Upon checking, my colleague Samantha did get back to you on the same day of your query (Wednesday). Unfortunately orders do occasionally get stuck when being delivered by couriers. As soon as this was flagged as lost we had sent a replacement order. I have just resent the tracking on the same email thread in which my colleague replied on Wednesday

Only thing that is hard is that she…

Only thing that is hard is that she doesn't have a play list, so among hundreds of CD's we cannot choose her favorite tracks. I understand why you are keeping it simple, but hard for the caregiver to load her thumb drive.
Also the MP# drive does not work well with Apple computers.

We can try to assist with suggesting ways round this to bring music into their lives asap. We will message you directly to help more with this.

Regarding Apple, we do advise of the incompatibility of this with downloads. We are sorry if this was not clear and will review this messaging. However you can transfer CD's via Apple computers. We hope that the radio, once fully loaded with music will bring much joy and comfort to them.

A great idea.

Delivery was quite slow but once we received the clock, set up was incredibly easy and the product appears to be working well and so far has been a great help for my father, with reminders I've set up to take his pills, feed the cats, eat his lunch etc. A great idea.

Excellent product from an excellent company!
Having been diagnosed with dementia 12 months ago, my Mom is now getting that she doesn’t know what day it is. Looking on the internet for something to help her keep track of the days and the time of day, I came across this brilliant Dementia Clock from Relish. I ordered it in the hope it would be okay. It arrived very quickly. We set it up for mom and my hopes were far exceeded- it’s absolutely brilliant! So much so that mom no longer needs to call me to see what day/date it is! I can’t begin to say how impressed I am with this clock.

order easy - price prohibitive

easy to order however, pricing is extremly prohibitive to ordering more - I have pruchased 2 jigsaws for my bedbound Mum over last year. Would love to get her more just cannot afford them
