Great, prompt service (with a Christmas treat as a bonus)

They were the only place in the country to sell this healthy version of liquorice. Great that they took the trouble to sell it rather than just the hundreds of additive and sugar loaded ones.

Actually really disappointed on how this order took to get shipped. I understand that your busy at this time of year but I got a ph call to talk re the product which I appreciated and she said it would be sent on Friday that afternoon. You only just gotten the delivery driver to pick up late Monday afternoon which means I won't get it in time for Christmas.

The warehouse team accidentally got my order wrong (5 individually sweets rather than 5 packs!) but one phone call and it was immediately corrected and replacement order dispatched. So happy with both the product and the customer service. Thanks guys, it still got to me in time for Xmas.

Extremely easy to navigate the website and lots to choose from. Super fast delivery and the item was in tip top condition.

Fast efficient communication (with regards to problem with the order - one product wasn't available). Then acted on info quickly, no unnecessary mucking around, items went on the courier the next day and were delivered the day after that. Really really good.

I think another cool thing was the free delivery on orders over $100. It meant that I did add on a couple of items but I have no regrets about that.

A niece was in Queenstown and bought my wife a packet of spearmint leaves. I love them too and was sneaking the odd one when caught! So I quietly went online and ordered several more packets, as well as licorices and milk bottles. We were thrilled when they quickly arrived and so was our 65kg mastiff who pinched and ate the lot!

Easy to order and very timely delivery. A couple of things went wrong but were quickly corrected. Would definitely order from again.
