I was looking for a particular fabric design and found it in stock. Delivery was a little slow but we are living in curious times!

Very helpful in helping us to choose the right fabric.

Shocking service and continuity. Ordered online - two separate orders. Company managed to confuse the two and almost sent the wrong fabric to my furniture manufacturer. After I made them aware they arranged to send the correct fabric to them (at an additional charge to me). After doing so, they assured me the fabric was sent direct, one week later and it has still not been received! Yet the company could not provide me with any tracking details and could not account for where my fabric went to. I was assured that they would look into the matter, yet no one got in touch until I had to chase them on it. Even still I have no idea where the fabric is! Absolute shambolic service where the company clearly do not keep any records of orders going out. Also cancelled my second order without any consultation!! Unfortunately would not recommend!

Normally a great service but this time didn't get 2 of my emails. When I called they said they would call back but didn't then agreed to send item first class as it was no a week after I had ordered the items. Finally arrived 5 days after that. Disappointing especially as postage is standard and it was only 2 very light zips.

Ordered some curtain fabric samples. Very prompt delivery and good sized samples.

My first order did not arrive but once Remnant Kings were alerted, they sent out another on next day delivery. This parcel duly arrived and Remnant Kings were very quick to respond and put right the initial problem.
I would definitely use them again and recommend the service to others.

They emailed me to let me know I could not get my order as they could not complete it and if I would like another colour or my money back which I thought was very nice of them

Very good customer service . I ordered on line but rang up the next day as wanted to check it was actually in stock and was told it had already been cut and was about to be shipped . Arrived a few days later . I was really pleased with the service esp as the fabric I wanted seemed to be out of stock everywhere else . I will be using remnant King as my first shop of choice next time I need a fabric . Thank you .

Samples have just arrived a week after ordering. Good size of sample and am deciding about ordering.

Had a slight problem with my order but a phone call sorted it all out very quickly and satisfactorily. Excellent customer service.

Online order which was easy to do. Only samples so far which arrived as expected. I will be putting in my order for made to measure curtains just as soon as I decide which of the samples to go for!
