I had to recover files in a partition failed disk
Runing Remo recover was easy and the result, showing the Tree Catalogue of the disk helped, me a lot to chose what files I had to copy.

There are other ways to migrate Outlook emails and settings but they all have downside. Using Remo Outlook Backup & Migrate software had the whole job far quicker and easier, after all time's money. Great support also

At first I experienced some problems with the product from Remo: on my 4k screen the app appeared visually scrambled so I could not see what I was doing, and changing my screen settings did not help at all; besides that there were some other difficulties that I could not overcome. But after sending an e-mail to the Remo support I received (very fast I might add) an extremely helpful and very elaborate explanation from Nick Bryan, member of the Support Team, on how to proceed. It was technically complicated but he managed to explain to me some IKEA-like step-by-step proceedings that I could easily follow. So not only the product is great, if things go wrong there is fantastic support as well!
Nevertheless four stars instead of five because this 4k problem should not have occured in the first place, so 1 star less to give room for improvement.

When I downloaded Remo duplicate photos remover I was so excited. I would finally be able to get rid of so many pictures. I did all the steps to get started. I was only able to erase about 10 pictures. Very disappointed.
Made a ticket for help, ticket number 533037. I quickly heard back from your company. Over the next few days I worked with Matt Leipus, Tim White and Nick Bryan. These guys were great. But we kept going around in circles for a couple of days. They were thinking that I was having trouble downloading it and I was thinking that the program didn't work. Finally I asked if one of them could take over control of my computer to help me with this. Matt did this. Finally he explained that I could not access pictures on my one drive and google cloud. The pictures need to be in folders on my desk top. I plugged in my photostick and it worked beautifully. I haven't had time to download the rest, but now that I know how to do it, I am looking forward to going through the rest.
These guys were awesome. They were very patient with me, although I suspect there was eye rolling on that end🤣.
My one suggestion for the future is for your helpdesk to address the fact that your pictures can not be removed if they are on a cloud early for anyone thinking the program doesn't work.

Absolutely worth every penny!!! I accidentally deleted the wrong folder and emptied my trash losing 2000 very valuable raw images. The software found everything from my hard drive. I had some trouble a long the way and the online chat person walked me through every step and we got it all sorted super fast! a recovery program that works with 24/7 tech support that is polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Such a great experience!

I used Remo Software earlier this month when after shooting some camera footage I came home to a corrupt camera card. While fearing I may have lost everything, I downloaded and paid for this software which after about 36 hours recovered each and every file plus some that were prior deleted from the card. Thank you Remo Software for helping me restore what was lost.

After accidentally formatting my CF card in my Canon camera which had hundreds of surfing shots. My heart dropped.
After doing some research on line I settled on Remo Recover Windows. Paid for the full version and crossed my fingers. Happy to report that the software is dead easy to use and every single photo was recovered including each photos metadata.
If you ever find yourself in the same unfortunate situation I strongly recommend using Remo Recovery

The software does the job - but in my point of view it's a little bit expensive

Had some video files get corrupted on my B camera when shooting a wedding on a very hot day. Remo software helped recover missing files and the development team repaired them so that they worked properly again. Lifesavers! Awesome customer service from Richard Hall, Tim White and Matt Leipus in the support team. Highly recommend Remo!

I was having problems with the duplicate remover as it would just quit in the middle of scanning or removing photos. I attempted to contact Remo Software and quite frankly, didn't expect to hear from them for days, if ever. Just hours later I was contacted and asked to describe my problem. They asked for details about what I was doing when the problem arose and what the program did. After a few email exchanges, it was determined that I was overloading the program with too many files. After narrowing down the search parameters, the program worked beautifully. I couldn't ask for a better response to my "problem"

The Remo team are SUPERB! They not only help you figure out ALL your issues when you have any, but they figure out the issues WITH YOU, as if you are a family member of theirs. They are quick in contacting you when you contact them and UNFALTERING when it comes to resolving issues. I will be a life-long customer of them.

I had difficulty accessing the software but once that had been resolved I was pleased with the results. It found files that I had deleted months ago as well as the ones that had been corrupted.

I lost some footage from my Gopro and decided to rescue it as it was corrupted however initially I could only get terrible footage and tried an alternative software but the result was just a little bit better. Then Richard from Remo contacted me and tried walking through the process many times showing great patience and effort to help me - a great representative for the company

The Remo support team (Matt and Nick) were very helpful and patient in troubleshooting and resolving our issue, including providing tutorials. They didn’t give up and we were successful in recovering some important photos!
