Holiday photos on camera memory card couldn’t be read. Camera and PC both said card should be formatted. My go-to recovery software recovered nothing. Downloaded Remo and it recovered photos for this holiday and photos from previous years even though the card had been formatted after each holiday.

Software does what it promises. Helpdesk support is fantastic. They even approached me proactively. I received instructions until the scan and recovery were successful. Always fast response.

I was terribly disappointed when a commercial data recovery company said my CF card could not be saved. In desperation I tried 3-4 different types of software, all of which just refused to detect the card. And then I came across this one and - it detected the card and started scanning! Happy the it has done the job of recovering the files I lost.

Our department recently purchase this product and it was the best upgrade for our division. The software was very user friendly and easy to navigate. I had reached out to support and the experience was professional and MOST importantly a quick response. I downloaded the Remo photo duplication cleanup software and am absolutely thrilled! It was simple to use (even for a non-techie like me) and cleaned up all of the many duplicates/multiples in my 25,000 photo file. It took a little while (maybe 30 minutes to scan all of my photos) and then deleting them was literally at the push of the 'delete all' button. (you can view each duplicate and delete individual duplicates if you prefer).

Felt like I was going to vomit all day after realising I was missing a third of my shots from an important job...
Remo saved me! Worth every $!

I've had some issues with SD card corruption in my Canon camera and found this Remo recovery software. The first time I used it everything was recovered from the disk! It worked better than other recovery apps I've used. The first use was with a SD disk that had only been used a couple or few times. The second time however I had a much older and more used disk, and was not able to recover at this time. I appreciate the time the chat tech took with me to look through processes and trying different steps. I would highly recommend Remo!

EDIT: Decided to change my review because I was a little upset when writing my previous one and wanted to be more level-headed.
Customer service is actually really good. Fast response times, and they have a good development team that will find a fix for any issues you have with the software. That being said, I feel they could design their website to better help those who have 0 experience using recovery software - especially considering the price point - in the form of a disclaimer. For example, there are things that you should avoid doing in order to ensure your lost data is recovered and not damaged (yes, you can recover your file, but your file can still be damaged). If you decide to repurpose your wiped drive for other data, then 99% chance, the data that was on there previously will be corrupted. Therefore, this software isn't going to help you. I feel like this is an important thing that first time users should realize. An introductory video would be super helpful. Now, they do have the ability to repair certain types of files, which you will have to research on your own to see which ones, and I imagine even then there is no guarantee. However, in my particular situation, I was dealing with lossless audio files such as WAV, as well as MIDI files, and there is no current repair options for those files.
The reason why I am rating this 4 stars is because of the confusion that I had initially which caused me a lot of back and forth messages and lots of time wasted. To me, recovery meant files restored to their initial state. To them, it just means restored, but the file could be corrupted or not. If I lose my files for whatever reason in the future, I'll probably go with them, now that I know how this software works and under what circumstances to expect successful data recovery.

I wanted a quick and simple way to migrate my Outlook account settings / preferences / data from my Windows 10 Laptop to a new Windows 11 i9 13900K Desktop I just built. I was told by a friend to look into Remo's Outlook Backup/Migration tool and I am glad I did. It's well worth the price, since I estimate it would have taken me hours to replicate Outlook... if I had to do this manually.

This is not a complaint, but rather a wish..... Since this was going to be a "one and done" migration, I wish Remo had setup a pricing structure for circumstances, like mine. I get it, Remo needs to make money, but maybe create a pricing structure for one or two migrations... rather than the month long license I acquired. This is a quibble... since my time was saved... so it was worth the (monthly) subscription price ;)

I used Remo Recover to recover a 20-min 4k one-take interview (about 22GB) that was accidentally deleted on a shoot, and it didn't work. It seemed the file was either too large to be recovered properly or had the wrong codec or was corrupted in the process, as once the recovery had finished I couldn't open the file. However, once I contacted the support team they were extremely helpful and would respond within a few hours. Eventually, I sent them a smaller video (about 33MB) that had recovered properly, along with the 22GB file I needed, and their team managed to repair the 22GB and sent it back to me. They were timeous and very accommodating.

TL;DR - Product is ok, but the Customer Support is what you're really paying for. Great team.

Software package works as described! Helped me migrate multiple Outlook accounts from an old pc to a new one. Not being tech savvy, I had to use their tech support. It was top notch and very responsive! Would suggest this service to anyone.

We were in trouble recovering data from a corrupted ReFS drive. Although "Remo Recover" software failed to finish recovering data properly, the support group has done a good job to get the issues corrected and finally, all the job is done. The support team has been friendly, hard-working and completely dedicated to fixing the issues. Great support and great job. Thank you.

I made some incorrect assumptions about how to install and run the software. Looking back, I don’t know why?Remo support were first class they reversed my errors, refunded an additional item and purchased for no apparent reason, and generally went far beyond what I normally expect from any support entity that I’ve experienced previously. I can’t recommend the software and the team highly enough! First class!
