A lost of time
A lost of time, false advertised software, they let you "free download" the software and never mention it won't do any recovery for free until after a very long scan of the drive. If is not a free version, you should let the users know beforehand

We suspect that you might have downloaded the demo version of Remo Recover 6.0, which doesn't have an option to save the 1 GB of recovered data for free. But it allows you to preview the recovered files within the software window. Once you are satisfied with the results, you can purchase it to save the recovered files.

Great tool to find lost files
I used Remo software to recover lost files. It was easy to use, and most of the files could be recovered even files that had been lost for over 5 years. The customer service was also nice, responsive and helpful.

My Needs Were Complex, But Remo Got It All Worked Out
I admit that I have an unusually complex migration need with lots of accounts dating back decades.
We had a bumpy start, but the support team was excellent and stayed with me until we got all the kinks worked out. It wasn't a simple plug-and-play process.

For 2 years it Simply Works
For 2 years, it simply works. I accidentally deleted a mail folder and didn't notice until a week later; it was easy to restore it.
Remo Outlook Backup and Restore is reliable and the service is close to instant when I ask a question.
I turned to Remo after another program - mobackup, had failed me transferring to a newcomputer and I had already transfered my emails/accounts collected over 20 plus years manually. I had been spoiled for 20 years prior by OutBack, but the guy who wrote OutBack really retired and there was no way to get it activated on a new install so I had to look for another reliable tool.
Found Remo and just don't want to look any further. I happily pay my 49 dollars every 6 months and have peace of mind.
It is rare to find a place with smart people who have time to say Yes, pay attention to what you say, and know how to help you.

I went through very great difficulties…
