If you, like me, you always do hardcore and delete of files and folders with "Shift+Delete" and have to do this a little too quickly - then this is the product that is good to have in your toolbox.

A Good alternative to the "Recycle Bin".

My husband accidentally synced his new (second hand) iPod with his computer, loosing all his music.
We downloaded Remo and completely stuffed it up! I contacted support and Tim gave us step by step instructions on what to do.
We used Remo Recover 6.0 and done! Not only did we recover the 55GB of music we knew was on there, but it also recovered an extra 95GB (so 140GB) of music!!!!
Absolutely amazed and would recommend to anyone!

As normal I was hesitant about buying a new software program to fix a dashcam video I had that would not open but I urgently needed and wanted. However, my concerns were not necessary as I found out later after downloading and buying Remo Video Repair. The video contained a key piece of evidence I needed so it was important for me to have it recovered. The following is my reply to the team at Remo Video Repair thanking them for the after sales service they gave me which involved a number of exchanges in information. At the end this is what I told them and I include in my review after they had gone to long lengths to answer questions I had. Quote:

The police who wanted it are very grateful as well and I have passed it on to them. The quality is as good as the clip (file) before it. I have used Remo Outlook Backup and Recovery for several years and 3 computers, one HDD Fried, one the antivirus attacked the backup software and destroyed the Windows boot and recovery, and one to transfer to a new computer. Was flawless in 2 recovery/migrates and had an issue in one migrate. Their Support was outstanding. They even emailed and apologized when I tried the CHAT for tech info and no one picked up. Excellent Product and Service!

Great product, which made the promises come true. Initially the data was not recovered, but with excellent help of the Support I managed to retrieve all data. This was a very good experience. Support was very helpful and patient.

useless. Holds you ramson even though I tried it on encrypted archives, it still claims it recovered some "Lost Files" even though it empty.

I reached out to Remo Support to assist with recovering deleted files. I have nothing but good words to express the level of support. Matt, Tim and Nick and others that assisted always made sure to follow-up with me to ensure I was making progress. Remo provides some of the best support I have received and I will continue to recommend Remo Recovery in the future.

I installed Remo Outlook Backup and Migrate to migrate a number of Outlook accounts from one laptop to another. In general it went smoothly, but issues arose with the very high screen resolution of the new machine and an Outlook problem where it could find all the PST files but not retrieve mail into them.
Technical support from Nick was impressively fast and accurate, solving both problems in short order.
Full marks for both the product and the superb support.

I accidentally deleted all the files while adjusting the camera. But I was able to recover the file perfectly again through this program. The recovery speed is also very fast. and Thank you Matt from support team for helping me recover quickly!

Remo Software was really a godsend. I didn't think it was possible to recover some of the deleted files I needed to recover. When I found Remo, I thought it was too good to be true. But they give you the option of a free scan (you choose which drive to scan), and then you are given a list of all possible files that can be recovered. I just couldn't believe how much content was found, ranging from documents, spreadsheets, photos, and videos. Not just recent content, but things deleted a considerable time ago. As long as your computer has rewritten over the data, Remo will find it. Once you run the scan, you will then need to make a financial commitment to actually secure/restore the files found during the scan. For me, it was worth every penny. I found what I needed and was able to recover only what I was looking for (I had the option of selecting what to recover and what to leave behind). I highly recommend Remo Software. One thing to be mindful of, though: Remo gives the option of a deep scan. A quick scan took all but a minute, finding a major portion of the data in the drive. But then you have the option of a deep scan, and the time it takes to run that scan will vary depending on the size of the drive you have selected to scan. My deep scan took 13 hours. So, be prepared to leave the deep scan running in the background for half a day, or maybe run it overnight and check it out in the morning. BEWARE: once the deep scan is complete, do not press the back button or you will lose the data! Then you will have to rescan. I did that accidentally and had to rerun the deep scan. Then I learned that you have the option of saving sessions. So I saved the second session, only to find out later that it didn't save the session properly (not sure why, but the data wouldn't come up), and so I had to deep scan it a third time. I say this to save others from such a pitfall. That aside, the wait time and the purchase were both well worth it. Though I only purchased the month-long subscription, I will return to Remo if the need ever arises again in the future. Finally, Remo customer support reached out to me within a day or two of purchase just to check up on me and see if I needed any assistance. That was surprising, but welcome. Thank you, Remo team!

I had a seagate external hard drive that was unplugged incorrectly and it turned out I was not able to access my files because of the careless mistake. Did my research, read the reviews and purchased the Remo recover 6.0 and it recovered all my files and family pics. This beats sending the device to seagate and waiting to hear their assessment, pay a fee and then wait to get it back. Just have patience and know that you are getting a quality product.

A bit complicated but eventually my 55k files were recovered!

I tried outlook PST repair but unfortunately it did not recover all the items. Only a small portion recovered. It is pointless to buy the full version.

Had my Hard disk mistakenly formatted for servicing before i checked for any saved photos, as the HD was backed up over a month ago. need to take action quick, tried several file recovery programs with no success, tried this one and it detected all the RAW photo files, so purchased and used, such a relief , worked well

Because I had a great experience in 2020 with the REMO Repair Outlook License I did not have to look for any other provider to Recover data from a damaged SATA HD drive.
So I purchased the REMO ONE Prime software which of course worked perfectly and recovered the data for my customer.
