We have just moved to Spain and thought we were using simpsons international. Trust me these are not!! These should come with a bleep bleep health worning nothing was as promest. The price was double what we thought. To small scruffy vans turned up not a lorry. We've have loads of damage and over £600 of goods missing personal items I can never replace. It's took over 3 weeks to get our things. I just get fobbed off by the staff there nothing has been done. My poor husband is so stressful and moving was to get him away from that as he has a critical condition. Please do not use this company make sure it's international and not removals.
So this company has asked trustpilot to take this review down saying it not genuine so this is the email I've sent.
Hi this is definitely a genuine review. Ive spoke to the Ceo of the company simpsons international to which we thought we were dealing with. I have also contacted EU and British trading standards. They have no better than pirates and have stolen from us with no offer of replacing anything. We paid £7000.00 and there wasn't many things not damaged. I will also send the proof of contact with trading standards and John the Ceo of Simpsons International, please call him as these awful people are damaging his business by stealing his company name.
I'm not going away as I don't want anyone else to get screwed over!!!

Excellent service, very professional, good communication. From London to Valencia everything arrived well and in just 14 days. Good price as well. I recommend it and I will use it in the future if I need them. 👏🏻👍🏻

Moving from the UK to France was a huge move for us and transporting our belongings was proving challenging. We spoke to numerous companies which varied in price but not one could guarantee the collection or delivery date. Luckily we found Simpsons and dealt with Adam who delivered an amazing service!
The information given was clear, collection was prompt and delivery was within a few dates. I can not praise them enough. Highly recommend.

I had arranged for an overseas (EU) delivery using Simpsons. Had a great experience throughout. Adam was especially helpful and knowledgeable with all of my queries during the process.

Worse company I’ve ever dealt with, non English workers sent that don’t understand instructions and do things wrong to cause damage, they are lazy and request to go home before the jobs are complete, management and aftercare are non existent. Avoid at all costs, very unprofessional and inadequate and not fit for purpose

They arrived a little late. Moved most of the furniture fine however broke and damaged dining table, a book shelf, chest of drawer, flooring chipped off and missing tool box! The men were kind initially but soon started to dump stuff in one place and argued over time and payment instead of doing the assembly. Inspite of full agreed payment I had tantrums from one of them and they drove off before I could check the van for any left items. Company been contacted since and haven't had any response or acknowledgement. They are not the cheapest either. Avoid if you can for better service and peace of mind!

Do not use this company. They charged me around £2,500 more than original quote, refused to answer complaints, and when they did it was rude emails in the middle of the night in very poor English, not answering my issues but simply demanding more money. They are trading on the basis that you confuse them with Simpsons International (which I did). Very stressful experience where my property was held hostage and I was asked to pay more and more money. Have made full report to police and Action on Fraud. They are NOT members of the British Association of Movers, so you have no registered body to appeal to. I would advise you to look at Companies House to see who the owners are.

It took three efforts to get my property returned from their ‘storage’ which you are not allowed to visit and they will not give you an address for. Each time different people arrived, clearly not skilled in removals, and often with significant language barriers which made the whole thing even more difficult and stressful. The company does not directly employ staff, they subcontract to lay people desperate to earn money. My stuff is filthy with lots of things missing and broken.

I believe the positive reviews on here to be completely bogus. Have a good look at the one star reviews like mine.

PLEASE DON'T USE THEM.DO yourself a favour and use anybody else.I paid for a two man team and a father and child showed up.Maybe it's a father and son business.I would of been okay if they actually did the job.Picking up my goods was no problem.However bringing it to my new house was a nightmare.They didnt even deliver everything.I ended up having to pay another removal specialist to finish there job.I understand sometimes mistake can happen so I emailed them several times and called them several times to sort out the issues.I am still waiting to hear from them.Each time I call they basically say unless you are giving us money to deliver items we dont care and cannot help.They actually made my moving process a hell and I am currently seeking legal advice.I sent them pictures of the items not delivered and the damage caused to my new house they damaged my walls and carpets.So unless you want them to damage your walls and deliver half of your stuff and ignore your calls dont use them.I repeat save yourself and DONT USE THESE SCAM ARTIST.
