The Simpsons Domestic removals were fantastic from start to finish, they were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Called today to see if Simpsons would be paying the CCJs I have taken out against them for the damage they caused to my property in September and got called a rude b*tch and a slapper. Misogyny is alive and well.

Avoid at all costs. We were completely misquoted despite providing a full inventory and they ran into over 40% overtime to complete the house move (about £800). The work was not undertaken by Simpsons removals but a sub contractor who were not equipped for the job. I ended up helping them with my father in law to get it done before night. Company held the final van load hostage until they had the overtime bank transfer. They broke the bed drawer and despite asking for a claims officer to come and assist they have ceased contact. I believe Simpsons removals are a part of Kent removals as they popped up on a phone call later in the day so it’s all a bit murky. Please please do not use this company - you will regret it.

It's pretty upsetting the state in which the furniture has arrived. I paid for a service with a dedicated vehicle, and instead I got a shared transport. All the wooden furniture is wet and scratched and few pieces are actually broken. Contacted them 5 times since the move and I’m still waiting for an explanation. I will definitely not recommend this service at all.

Great guys came to help us move and worked incredibly hard with a job that went longer than expected. Really grateful for their hard work.

For the benefit of a fair and balanced review, the gentlemen in the office (Jenson) was perfectly professional but that is where any level of service or professionalism stopped!

I really wish I could leave pictures as they say it speaks a thousand words!

1, Our property was left out in the rain - repsonse from ‘the boss’ - Also you can see that outside is raining, what my guys should do against the rain?? To use umbrellas to make the move or??

A: perhaps move them under cover (the van perhaps 🤔) rather than let a £1000 Simba mattress get soaked through and dirty. I’m no professional but that might have helped.

2. The two guys left 3 trolleys outside the storage unit after they had been told the unit closed at 6.00pm. I paid extra for them to stay and wait… they left anyway. (I even footed the bill to the storage company to open up)

Nowt they could do about it apparently!

3. They ‘destroyed’ circa £6000 of our property (verified by a third party we paid to do an audit) and the response was

‘’After I investigated the case very carefully I get on the conclusion that my guys did everything they can to offer a 5 star service’’

Praying no one gets their 4 star service! You might as well take it to the dump!

4. Communication
- Emailed on the 15th, 16th, 22nd and 25th to no response then phoned and complained!

After ‘venting and apologising’ I got three very unprofessional responses from ‘the boss’ basically saying ‘see you in court’ - just what you need to hear after his company has caused circa £6000 worth of damage to your babies wardrobe, your mattress, wardrobe and more. 🤔

Honestly, all in all, worst experience in 20 years of moving houses & goods globally.

Emma & the team helped me massively with my flat move despite complications on my behalf and she was swift to respond to any queries I had.

My Sister was badly let down by another removal company and was in need of a reliable Removal Company at very short notice. Thankfully, she found Simpsons Removals Ltd who stepped up to the challenge.
Davey who I spoke to, at first point of contact, dealt with my Sister's situation in a professional and efficient manner.
An email was forwarded with a clear understanding of the service to be given and of total cost.
Thank You Davey and your Team Members, Kyle and Marcus, for turning a disaster completely around.
You All saved our day and sanity.

I'm so glad to have decided to use Simpsons removals to transport my stuff from the UK to Spain . They were very helpful and effective. Everything arrived quicker than expected and in perfect condition.

Very professional and lovely people. Packed everything up incredibly quickly and with care. Very happy and would highly recommend.

used these guys recently to move my house to Chingford, London. Remained very pleased with service, especially with the driver Denis. They came on time, did the job very quickly and helped us with unpacking. Removing your home is enough stressful process, and having team like these guys definitely lowers the stress.

1 week ago I moved from London to Tarragona, the guys at collection and delivery were phenomenal, friendly, funny, they assembled all my furniture. I recommend with confidence.
