Excellent lab grown diamond. I got exactly what I seen online and they were very timely with updates about everything considering the ring for example all the steps in making the ring. Great product and customer service. Ordered the wrong size for two rings. Contacted customer support and within a couple minutes I had shipping g labels to send them back for a resizing free of charge. Highly recommend.

Picked out a ring and stone and it was delivered. My only gripe was that the ring was shipped ground rather than a faster method. It took longer to ship to ring than to manufacture it.
