The online ordering and pricing was very good. There was a lack of follow-up on when the product would be shipped. We were hoping to get the earings by Mother's Day, but didn't have any idea if they were coming or not. Also, the pictures online showed a much more robust design for the earring studs and backing. The metal was much thinner and more delicate than shown. The diamonds are very bright and nice.

Had a call with a question they had, I thought that was great instead of just putting it together without being sure of the question they had. And turn around time was good.

However, the posts were thicker that we'd expected and the screw threads irritate my wife's ears. We are considering returning them.
