Having made a long journey from London to Bournemouth it was good to have the EPC conducted as arranged and by a very personable man who explained future requirements that would have to be done to the property by 2026. I received the certificate the following morning. Excellent service.

I was introduced to Reneweco by our Managing Agent who recommended them highly, which I assumed was mere hyperbole.
However, I have to say that he was absolutely right. They were unusually responsive and helpful. I was particularly impressed that I had some work that was time critical and ideally needed to be done the same day. I contacted the company knowing it was a long shot that they would be able to respond so quickly and within two hours the work was completed and the necessary paperwork followed immediately.

I truly recommend Renewco to anyone needing an EPC Assessment. A very pleasant company to deal with who were able to arrange a visit within a couple of days, the date and time being to suit me. The assessor was very polite and extremely respectful of my property, carried out the assessment in a thorough and efficient manner and provided the certificate without delay. I'm very glad that I decided to use this company directly rather than arrange the assessment through the estate agent, as doing so worked out cheaper and I had the necessary information ready for the agent to put the property on the market.
