It’s been a month since I ordered the book . And I’ve not heard a word from them after they kindly said they received my order. I understand they are in the UK & I’m in the US , but this fact is all the more reason for keeping in touch The least they could go would be to tell me when it’s to be shipped and/or where it is in the transit process . I wrote to them yesterday And am looking forward to a reply. I will update this report when I hear from them.

Scam, ordered a book, free shipping with a shipping address and billing address and it's an Ebook

This website is fraudulent. They are selling ebooks however nowhere does it say that it's an ebook. When adding to cart, it asks you for address which adds to the idea that you're buying a hard copy. Avoid this seller.

Scam. They lead you to believe you are buying a paperback but it's a dodgy pdf.

SCAM. Fraudulently said I would receive a book (asked for delivery address). Nowhere says ebook, clearly says book on website. Do not order from these people.

Absolutely a total scam. Do not order as it misleads you to believe you are ordering an actual book but it sends a link to an ebook which you cannot download.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!
THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER A PHYSICAL BOOK. I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE THE DIGITAL COPY!!!!

Absolute scam, i should have researched before hand, same as everyone else purchased hard copy and recieved a download link.

Have raised it with my bank immediately.

Why are shops like this still trading?! Not being clear about your product is a scam and fraudulent. Not happy and my son wanted the hard copy.

I placed an order for a (physical)paperback book. I was asked to provide the shipping address. It was clearly mentioned about the free shipping within certain days. When i inquired about the delivery status 2 weeks later, i was sent a link for E-Book. I told them that i ordered a physical book not an Ebook and want my refund, but i was refused a refund. Now i can see from the reviews that i am not the only one being scammed. This business should be banned for misleading innocent customers.

They trick you into purchasing "books" that are infact e books.

Not happy. Ordered a book - nothing arrived. Queried this & apparently it's an e book! Just checked the website & I can't see anywhere where it says that. Infact they give the impression of real books by saying they have shelf loads of them. Can I give no stars?

Oh how I wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased book from this company. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY from these people. They are Scammers. You only get a pdf version. FALSE advertising and they refuse to give a refund.

Purchased a ‘book’ took my shipping details and states they only ‘ship to the UK’… and I chased it up today and low and behold they email back to say please be aware you ordered an ebook… erm no I didn’t!
Even their returns policy states that they will send a shipping label for you to return your package!
Absolutel scam. The payment goes to a dodgy company in Lithuania.
I’ve been scammed!
Please don’t make the same mistake.

Absolutely awful. Ordered a book and was just sent a pdf file... not stated anywhere that it was just a pdf and even took a shipping address. Steer well clear of these bandits. Awful communication after too. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Asked fore a refund within the 30 days and got nothing but a sarky email back. A truly horrendous outfit these are.

My previous review mentioned that this is clearly a scam company. I complained to the Advertising Standards Authority who concluded that their ads were "likely to breach advertising rules" and they would be advising the company to change their advertising. A very weak response. I have asked again for a refund and hope the reviewer who complained to Trading Standards has better luck!

absolutly aweful. dont use. expected a book but received a PDF and not even a complete PDF none of the ingredient qtys are visible and have been cut off. When speaking to their customer service they were awful, didnt support just said its a PDF and non refundable. I provided them with multiple images to prove that the book is incomplete and they just ignore me.

Think you are ordering a book but get a pdf NO mention of this in advert , SCAM report to trading standards .
Disappointing service.
