Would give no stars if possible

Would give no stars if possible. I ordered what I thought was an actual book from this company. The picture online shows a book and gives the ISBN number implying that I was ordering a book. I have just checked again and nowhere does it mention that I would be sent an eBook. If it had said that, I would never have ordered it as it was a present for my daughter. It would appear that this is a scam. Are these people even entitled to sell this product? I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered. As someone else has mentioned, I will try to get a refund from my credit card company. Avoid at all costs!
I have since been in touch with Pinch Of Nom, the book that I ordered, and Renitos are not known to them, so it is doubtful that they should be selling this as an eBook as they don’t own the rights to it. Makes me wonder if they own the rights of any of the other books that they are advertising for sale.

Ordered physical book, sent a digital.

Placed an order for a book only to receive an email saying I ordered a digital - I have emailed 7 times and 6 x via their contact form - same email replies saying I ordered digital. Not able to speak to anyone on the number provided, answerphone relays need to email. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction which is very disappointing.

Anyone have any suggestions how I can get my money refunded before I report to Trading Standards?

Advertising Physical Books but Selling Ebooks

BEWARE: This website is clearly advertising physical books but once you have paid you just get a download for an ebook. No mention of ebooks on the page & even states free shipping, the ISBN & number of pages. No reply to polite email either. Confirmation email came from "Renomil" and a quick search brings up results for Renozil, which has well over 30 negative reviews on trustpilot. The Renomil website has now been removed & I assume it has re-started as Renitos. Have initiated a chargeback with my card provider due to false advertising.
