Scam - doesn’t detail anywhere it’s a digital book, everything insinuates something will be posted to you.

I ordered what I thought was a book! It doesn't say anywhere that you are purchasing a download. It even asks for your address for shipping and states free delivery. Total scam.

SCAMMERS …. I bought a book from here thinking it was a book and I was emailed a PDF. No where on their website or book description did it mention PDF . It also gives information about returns but said as it’s a PDF no return or refund is available. Avoid them completely

Scammed.. Best avoided, unless you are looking for a .pdf of a very limited number of e-books. They say a fool and their money are easily parted and that this occasion, this was me. If something is too good to be true, then it is probably not true and again on this occasion wasn’t. Read all the reviews! I will be reporting to “Trading Standards” and the official publisher of the “book” I was sold and didn’t receive. I received a link to an e-book which legally not the same and their description of sale forming the contract was not clear and deliberately misleading. The telephone number does not work and it is an automated email.

False advertising and a breach of trading standards. Like all of the other reviews on here I was scammed by these guys. Nowhere on the link for the book I was purchasing (or on the site at all I think) did it say that it was a digital copy of the book. It clearly leads you to believe that you are buying a standard physical item.

However, they sent a link with a digital copy of the book and not even one that can be used on a Kindle etc. I didn't open the link and I read their returns policy which basically states that they can pick and choose whether they decide to give you a refund! I emailed them to request a refund of my unopened purchase as the sale was misleading and they did not say it was a digital copy. However, I received a response which essentially said 'no, all sales are final'.

This is an absolute scam of a company. Do not use them.

Wish I’d read these reviews. I was also scammed by this company. Digital books only! The website makes no mention and implies a hard cover book will be delivered. I will request a refund from my credit card company and hopefully they will investigate.

SCAM - product never received. Completely fraudulent company

Emailed as phone number doesnt work and was told only sell ebooks but no mention of this on website. Was told they would resend my copy via email and after providing details i now just get an automated response everytime. Still no book and dont believe they were ever available. Also the registered address is a residential street.

Complete scam company. Order a book through them and digital copy arrives via email then no link to transfer it to a kindle etc. Then the cheeky so and so’s send an email when you ask whats going on saying that they only deal with digital downloads. Absolutely nowhere does it say this when ordering. Then I decided to follow the account tab on the website to see if there was more information there, there is nowhere to create an account and when i put my email in it says invalid which is a puzzle when they emailed me back saying the book i had ordered was digital! Leave this company alone as they are crooks and report them to the credit card company to retrieve your money.

Like many people on here have all fell for the same scam. Nowhere on the website does it say it's a digital book. If you read the return it even miss leads you saying how to return if the book and packaging are damaged. What a joke I have also asked for a refund what a scam and a joke.
I have contact the email address and they are sticking to the narrative that they sell ebooks... I have asked for all evidence on the website that's says it's an ebook.. apparently they are giving me a refund.

Doh! I’ve just fallen for this scam too. I can’t even log in to access a PDF format as the site has rejected my password. I’ve asked for a reset but received no response. Don’t be tempted to use this site

Not clear it’s a digital book don’t waste your money

Just been scammed by these people. I too thought I was ordering a book, only to receive a digital copy. I’ve requested a refund as, but don’t hold out much hope of receiving one. ☹️
I’ve now raised a dispute with my credit card company, who have refunded me & contacted the company for explanation. Might be worth everyone else who has been scammed, doing the same. If they’re flooded with disputes, they might think twice about continuing to scam people.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- it is an OUTRIGHT SCAM

THEY IMMEDIATELY TAKE YOUR PAYMENT AND THEN DISAPPEAR- No further contact or response to EMAILS or THE ONLINE CONTACT FORM

Also fell for the scam of this company and them not selling physical books but just sending a link to a pdf file to download. Complained and I'll wait for the expected "it says [somewhere buried in a hundred pages of our website] that we are digital only".
Why would they have a page that says:

"And our affordable prices and fast, reliable shipping make it easier than ever to stock up on books!"

Additionally, they have a Shipping Policy page which states:

"Order Shipping
Once you place your order, we need 1-2 business days to process it. After your order is processed, it will be shipped and usually takes 3-6 business days to arrive."

Why would something take 6 days to arrive if it's digital only?
Utter garbage of a company.

I too understood this to be a book company. I was disappointed to realise I had ordered an online version and not an actual book.
I would not use this company again.

Please note that your are not buying an actual book, rather it's a PDF for the price of an actual book. Very misleading website and unhelpful responses from the sellers. Beware this is a scam!

Also ordered what i thought was a physical copy of a book and provided a delivery address only to be sent a digital version which is of no use at all! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Wish i had read reviews first!
