rent-a-guide Reviews

It was a great tour with as climax a lunch in a wonderful restaurant called Michel Kayser. Tourguide is witty and smart, gayfriendly and knows Nimes in all kind of aspects.

Everything worked out fine. Many thanks ... :-)

E-TICKET, hat alles super geklappt.

I had a conflict with a date that I accidentally booked incorrectly. I sent an email with the reference number to the link indicated, and within 24 hours they responded to me and indicated the steps I need to take in order to change my date to the one I preferred. I appreciated the rapid response and their willingness to work with me. The matter has not yet been resolved as I was not able to respond to their steps until after their office was closed, but I am looking forward to resolving the issue promptly. So far I am satisfied.

Cityseeing tour with the redline was not good. We waited at the stop nearby Praguer Castle and them came a white bus. We missed it, because nobody asked us at the stop where other bus were parked or coming and going,

Our guide Thomas was amazing! Friendly, funny, personable, accommodating, knowledgeable about his city and totally enthusiastic about his work. The way he showed us Cologne and the places he brought us was like visiting a friend in a city who shows you around. Great tour, great guide.

I found the booking process easy to complete and look forward to my two tours

Top Tour, super Guide

Abu Dhabi City Tour is Brilliant and value for money
Everything was organized very well, they called me one day before to reconfirm the pickup time, tour guide was super friendly and gave us a detailed and deep explanation about the city and local people life style, we got enough time in each place. Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Emirates Palace, Etihad Tower, Heritage village, Marina Mall, Dates Market, Ferrari, we enjoyed 100%, the best thing was this tour size is a small group.
I would recommend it for everyone

All good. No worries.

I reside in the US and wanted to book a Vatican tour using my US credit card. After several attempts online with 3 different US issued cards and a support call placed to the number in Germany, it was not possible to resolve the issue. The support lady was courteous, but not helpful (just asked me to use another card). Attempts to call the number later were in vain, since the other side did not pick up.

I finally asked someone in Germany to book the tour for me and pay for it with their German issued card.

You are not "there" yet.

Super easy and very quick. Just one but: rent-a-guide told me to print the tickets which took me more time than booking and wasn't needed in the end

The tour was awesome and delicious. Massimo, our guide, is very friendly and knows a lot about rom and its cuisine. He also showed us interesting spots, which were not part of the tour, just because we talked about them.

Hat alles super geklappt

We booked Rent-a-guide for the first time on the website and it was very easy.
Also, that we immediately got an answer via e-mail, is very good.
Now we just hope that in January our trip with a German speaking guide also works.

Awesome trip throughout a beautiful city :) We would recommend this company!

After 3 days in the Medina of Marrakech we can really recommend to make a trip to the Atlas mountains and to the area of Berber people. Over 400 km on those roads is a very hard trip for one day, and I would not recommend to do it by your own. So we were absolutely lucky to get such a professional and good Driver (with a new 4x4 car). We felt safe in every second on the road!
Furthermore the intellectual Driver told us a lot of things about Maroc, Atlas, Berber, King, politics, ... and so on. As a consequence the day was a highlight we will never forget.

Everything was really fine!

I booked a tour of Hamburg for my teen daughter and her guide Sabryna was fantastic. She had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable traveling with her and learning about the town's history while also seeing the shops. I am so appreciative of the time and effort this organization put into trying to accommodate our schedule. I recommend them without hesitation and will use them again when back in town .

Really easy to book, lots of available information, can't complain!
