Never shop at the linden Ave rent a center because I had a bike that got stolen that I rented from them and rent a center didn’t even have insurance on the bike the girl Jessica that works at the linden Ave is rude af

The store on loop 336 in conore has bad customer service.Plus they don't try to help you out to good.I never had trouble out of them till,Adam and Lisa left Lisa left .Also I got a Mattress from there they sent one out I kept telling them you couldn't lay on just one area you had to be in the center of it and hope you do fall off .,went you sat on it. Would go all the way down .Just a few days I got another that don't do it took me abiut four or five months to get a new one sad when it takes that long for them to do something

the staff know is not good.there are a few good ones,Renee needs to go. I have been fighting with there for awhile on my dryer not drying well guess what them bring one out and don't work. I pay one it every month and that seem like want money but don't help right

So where I have already purchased a bed and recently got a couch at I'm out of a car for a couple of weeks to go over rent a electric bicycle and they say now that I have to pay three to $400 down after it was advertised for $35 a week this Rent-A-Center's on the corner of all the school and main and Mesa Arizona I understand it's a lot of drugs around there but that doesn't mean I do them I've already shown that I bought something from your store within the last six months and purchased something else and that's the respect I get I will be returning my couch and putting this review also on yelp and I've already put it on put it on Google reviews what else am I supposed to do Rent-A-Center's here to help you not judge you and that's just what I felt like

Truly abysmal after being a great customer for many years time to say good bye! Their customer service really is horrible at the Coram store , in Long Island, NY. When I use to deal with Rocky, consummate gentleman. RecentlyI tried to order , after a mistake on their side., they never sent my item and better yet, they have an account even though, I have nothing purchased lol! Truly a horrible place to purchase anything and lousy customer service, never replied to my online queries! Avoid this place like the plague or Covid-19

I used the Defuniak Springs Florida store. They were most professional and timely. They delivered on time and it was not an easy job taking a couch up 4 flights of stairs as it would not fit in the elevator.

The rental furniture was covered in plastic and looked new. I would highly recommend them. I wanted to specifically recognize Wayne and Melissa for all their help.

Looked everywhere for a gaming laptop pc, excellent customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I just got off the phone with the rent-a-center off Milwaukee in Boise. And man the way they talked to me was just not okay. I was placed on hold the second they answered. Halfway thru my pre-approval process I was told some one else will be helping me so the current person helping me could stop and answer another call. (Who was the manager) This new employee Ricardo made me feel like I was stupid and it wasn't okay to ask questions. Horrible experience for my first time. I definitely don't recommend going to the one in Boise. They were very rude. Oh an not to mention when I said I was still confused, Ricardo continued to repeat sorry we can't help you, you were not approved. When I simply wanted to know why I didn't get approved, so in the future I could fix this and potentially come back but not after this. Thought this was a rent-a-center not a rent-a-tude (attitude)

stupid company , they sent my company a 1099-NEC form , never worked with this damn company , i called to fix the problem , no one helped , lousy company stay away

I truly wish I could actually give zero stars. These people are rent a center are a piece of work, there nice ask the way up until they get you for your money than after that OMG there nasty ignorant and really refuse to speak to you. They WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE RESPECT TO GIVE YOU A CALL TO LET YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT'S GOING ON THEY LITERALLY LEAVE YOU IN LIMBO... I have emailed them OMG I lost count no response at all. So if your considering to get stuff from them please do your self a huge favor don't. Not worth it.i have a full time employment they spoke to my landlord they received everything they ask and still NOTHING. Kindly put the money back on my account like ASAP. I'll treat you the same exact way you treat me. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!(

Employees are vary lazy even seen them sleeping in there office store is always a disorganized mess nothing is ever put away there always messing around rideing motor rises bikes around the store playing video games watching movies I can't believe skyla let's them get away with this it has progress gotten worse since she took over the spencer iowa store its a pig stie rest rooms are always dirty rent a center should be discussed with this store vary dissatisfied with Employees the way it's being ran and the customer service corporate need to fire them all it's bad when thay have no respect for there Manger and bad that Manger doesn't get control over her employees was nice place to do business before skyla and nate got it

Rent-A-Center doesn't care about their customers even if you make your payments on time because someone else was stealing from their store all the sudden now all the customers have to pay for it by them changing their policy when it had nothing to do with us when we was the loyal ones we was the ones bringing in them money but yet we're the bad guys we're the ones that gets s*** on I'll take my business elsewhere and everybody I know I'm going to tell them to go somewhere else as well maybe like you know RTO or Aaron's they'll probably treat you somewhat better and not like some bad customer that you stole from them and then the manager tells me that someone was stealing like it was me or he was implying that it was me I'm a paying customer and I don't deserve this crap I'll go somewhere else who respects business I cannot believe them they get all upset when customers don't honor their agreements but we're not supposed to get upset when they don't honor theirs

I would never recommend somebody to rent a center in north east Md because all they are is liars and crooks and take your money Without permission

This store is full of scammer employees. I put my payments up for autopay and told them that I get paid on fridays and that’s the only day they could withdraw payment otherwise the card would decline the payment. They tried charging it on thursdays and Wednesday’s and even though I told him the money was available on fridays he sent his jerk employees to repo the stuff 2 days before my payment was due. I wasn’t even late yet! Anywho these jerks were pounding my door like they were the police pounding it so hard trying to get inside that they broke a huge part of the door. At this point my children are so scared they were crying and hiding under the table. These jerks were screaming saying your mommy is going to jail. I had to use furniture to block the door so they couldn’t get in and I called the police and they escorted those jerks off in handcuffs. I gave them the item back that day and I will never do business with them again

Rent a center is garbage the employees are garbage ! My damn bed kept falling apart they kept changing my autopay dates without my knowledge and consent ! The employees are rude they didn’t even bring my stuff on time I had to keep calling them, I’ll never recommend this bs place to nobody but a damn zoo who need furniture for animals

My husband and I bought a king size bed from rent a center and started getting bit.. found a bed bug in the bed and called the manager he came out and check our bed himself found a dead one and said it wasn't enough to say the bed had them ..well sure enough we have found alot of alive bugs in our bed. Never in our life have we ever had bed bugs till after we purchased a bed from rent a center on Shawnee mission parkway.Dont but from these people !!!
