I wait 5 hours before I get a car and very bad car. Very bad service and scammers
I had a terrible experience with the car rental company Rentalcarsuae Amex in Dubai. They made me wait for over 4 months to return my deposit and still no refund. Very bad company The service was extremely poor and the staff was very rude. I would never rent a car from them again. I urge others to be.

They dont return your deposit back!
I am a UAE citizen and have rented a car twice from Rental Cars UAE for extended periods of over a month. When it comes to the deposit, they simply don’t refund it! The first deposit was never returned and when I rented another car, they used the first deposit as a credit for the second one so that the money doesn't stay put for the time being
Now, I have been waiting for my deposit since November 2024—countless emails, countless calls and still nothing! In January, I finally received an email confirming the deposit amount, which I acknowledged, but since then, there has been no payment.
I have now given them one last chance, if I don’t receive my money by March, I will go to the police and take legal action.
The cars were generally good and the service was fine in the beginning. If I had received my deposit back, I would have definitely given a better review. But we’re talking about 1,000 dirhams…this is just scam!
