Used this service to rent a scooter in Milan (3Motorspoint).
No issues, perfect service.

A weekly rental in Greece on a bike was not provided - at arrival the agent at location couldn't provide a bike, and didn't care to provide alternative or refund the missing rental. rentalmotorbikel sems pro - local language on you rental, easy extras services, until you try to get assistens from rentalmotorbike.com Their telephone is a answer machine and likewise their mail, they don't respond to any request for solving problems. Unless you write on Trustpilot, then i got my deposit back.

After they cancelled they didnt give money back!

We were promised to get our money back and a week later we were told that we 'MAYBE' get our money back or only 70%.

After a while they didnt respond anymore on the email for 3 weeks.
Only After we took legal steps and they were contacted through our bank, suddenly we got an email that they give the money back... It felt for us if we didn't put any time and a lot of energy in it, we wouldn't have seen any refund. while we didn't even got the scooter that we reserved, which also cost us a lot of extra money, time and stress.

an employee of rentalmotorbike who was supposed to help me book a bike accused me of manipulating their website and called me extremely rude for no apparent reason, he ruined the whole experience. do not trust this service. Booking number:

The price is good and the guy who took care of my rental was sympathic.

All pre-rent questions answered thoroughly (props to George in the UK). Highly appreciative of the ease with arranging drop off and pick up at my location. Strong communication with staff generally. The payment issue was dealt with in a calm and non-distracting way, which I truly valued. Bike was in good nick but my only (minor) criticism is not being informed of its year model until I physically saw it. Grateful for the top box that was thrown in! Overall, a seamless process and I would book again. Thanks very much.

Joschica he was very helpfull. I contact him true WhatsApp and the total rental went smooth.the bike depot Is at the airport. And Joschica guided us true whatsapp was yust a couples of minutes walk out of the airport. The motorcycles were in top condition.me and my son had a great time true Barcelona and motorcycles are the way off transportation. Barcelona traffic is used to motorcycles we had a save drive and seen more of the city then With other transportation .i highly recommend jota café. Thank you for this experience will meet again. very pleased with the rental of the Ducati 800 Scrambler - the times for both pickup and delivery were challenging and I inflicted damage on the bike - all conditions were handled in the best way by the landlord La Ducatessa

Communication with Rentalmotorbike was straight forward - they put me onto my tour guide straight away so I could deal directly with them. The 4-day tour from Barcelona was not quite as described on the RentalMotorbike website - it was four seperate day trips leaving from Barcelona each day. As a fairly new category A license holder from the UK, I was pretty daunted about dealing with the heavy city traffic each day for 4 days. Tour guide Josh from @jotacafemotorbikes could not have been more understanding and made sure this was not going to be a problem for me; he put me at ease over and over for the 4 day trip and was amazingly patient with my slow riding. Apart from experiencing incredible landscapes on great roads throughout the trip, Josh’s enthusiasm for the places we visited, his expertise on all things bikes and his positive, sunny attitude made the trip for me - a total joy to ride with. Jota Cafe have a big range of cafe racers to choose from, and I was super-happy with the one I picked. I was even offered to enjoy the bike for an extra day for free as they couldn’t make one of the dates I’d booked for. I got lots of helpful advise on this trip and was really taken care of - I highly recommend Jota Cafe tours to anyone - awesome experience overall.

Highly recommended, easy process and offers motorcycle rentals from local motorcycle shops. Customer service was very good and helpful.
