We had a very good experience with Rentokil who recently treated our property for woodworm. From the survey work performed by Marko through to the treatment by James each individual’s approach to their work was very thorough and professional and I would highly recommend their services.

Rentokil carried out DPC works in my house from the survey right until the plastering. The service was outstanding. Johnny carried out the survey and provided a detailed itemised bill for all work that was needed, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed to remedy the problem. Contractors came who were very clean, professional and proficient in their work. Would highly recommend this company and not badly priced.

The first Rentokil visit was supervised by my builder, who found your two technicians uncooperative and difficult, refusing to spray areas previously agreed. However, on the second visit, we had a different technician, Li, who I found very pleasant, helpful and efficient, doing exactly what I asked, and showing me phone photos of the work he had done when the job was finished. He deserved five stars, whereas the first two only deserved two or three stars, so I've averaged it out at four. Considering the amount of time involved, it is a very expensive treatment, although the 30 year guarantee does sugar the pill to some extent.

Attended very quickly to our issue. Were very clear regarding how the survey would work and the potential process thereafter should we decide to go ahead.

When the Technician was on site he encountered an issue not of his making, but through initiative and quick thinking was able to resolve this very quickly.

We had Rentokil to our property to look at what we'd been told was rising damp. Lloyd promptly explained that this wasn't the issue and it was because the pointing was bad. £££'s saved by getting the correct advice.

Carla Oddy of Property Care North was very helpful & friendly in arranging a survey as I had a woodworm problem at my house in Leeds. The survey was done the same week and treatment was done by Jonathan Jones a week later. I was very happy with Jon’s work .. he was courteous and cleared away all the debris. I was impressed with his workmanship .. several floorboards needed to be replaced and it was a long working day, especially with his additional travelling time from Nottingham. With a 30 year guarantee I feel assured that the problem will not recur . Thankyou for the prompt and courteous service

Everyone I've dealt with at Rentokil has been brilliant, including the the Contracts Team on the desk. The workmanship has always been punctual, high-standard and the people who've come have been invariably very pleasant and helpful.

From first phone call to work being completed, everyone I’ve dealt with at rentokil has been superb. Simon Klugman Came out and did his assessment and went above and beyond to help me and referred me to the damp proofing team. Simon also returned when the joiner Jonathan Jones and Jason Stowe were on site to make sure everything that needed doing was done.

I didn’t catch the name of the two guys who did the damp proofing work. They were from Doncaster and both pieces of work was done well and they were all courteous, on time and friendly. We even had some good banter about our football teams!

I would highly recommend rentokil and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Rentokil was quick to respond to my request. The surveyor, Lloyd Jones, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and took time to explain the issues and process. The person who attended to the treatment, Lewis Walker, was similarly courteous and took the time to explain the procedure and the safety aspects. Minimum hassle.

I have used Pav on a few occasions now to help with damp issues in my properties.

I asked Rentokil to deal with my damp proofing as I know they are a trustworthy company and they did not disappoint. They were professional from start to finish. Salax the surveyor was polite, thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done and was readily available for any questions I had. Mia was also very helpful and kept me up to date and there was no pressure for the work to be done as I had problems finding a builder. Daniel the plasterer done a great job, he was professional, cleared everything away when he was finished and respected my property. I was very pleased with the work carried out and would not hesitate to use this company again if I need to.
