don’t use this. 90% of the properties are fake and they hid how much you will ACTUALLY pay for this pretty well. seriously just use kijiji this is a waste of money. edit. judging by the other review posted after mine i will be calling my credit card company in the morning to inform them of this unauthorized $55 charge they are trying to make. DONT DO THIS THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NO GOOD REASON.

this business is absolutely desperate for me to change this review. news flash i won’t. they shouldn’t need their customers to check if their adds are scams, they should be doing this before they even allow them to be posted. stop contacting me this is just making me more mad about the absolutely poor service this website provides.

I came across this company while being in desperate search of an urgent rental place for me and my husband. The website seemed to be very helpful with our this need. As per this website, in order to be able to contact the landlords, one had to subscribe and make an instant payment of CAD$2.00. It seemed to be a small for such a well-equipped company with a large clientele. But it turned out, that this initial subscription won't give me access to landlords:(. Now, I was supposed to upgrade my status to VIP for another payment. That was when I got mad and contacted this website, having decided that it was a fishy and untrustworthy one. I was pleasantly surprised by getting the prompt reply and professional customer support from this company/website, along with the refund as was requested.

Beautiful pics on your site with very detailed descriptions of each unit. I'm a Senior & haven't figured out how to check for new offerings as they all seem to look the same when they come through. I'm also trying to figure out how to receive them once per week & not so many daily. But I love your buildings & units you have. I'm hoping to apartment show this summer...thx

I am an investor and real estate broker. My property was posted on Rentola fraudulently and I contacted the website about it by finding the posting and reporting it as fraudulent. They did not respond, so I paid the $2 required fee to contact the fraudster directly to remove my property. Then Rentola demanded I pay a $55 membership fee after they repeatedly did not respond to my emails and complaints. Rentola went as far as to send me daily 2am collection emails stating they would send their claim to Collections!! The gal of this company is inspiring! I would not be surprised if half of the properties listed are fake.

My experience with Rentola was not good. However Mary a support person cleared it up for me so that was positive.

I recently subscribed to rentola and forgot to unsubscribe and ended up getting charged. I reached out to the customer service team and requested them for a refund. I was served by Naomi who efficiently and promptly processed my refund. I found the experience to be very seamless.

Good quality of website, and courteous service

Rentola made my search easy and efficient. Their website gives you the option to create an auto search which is great. It brought at least 5 new rental leads directly into my inbox on a daily basis. Great service! I highly recommend Rentola to anyone that is in the market for a new home or rental.

Rentola.ca is an Awesome Resource if you are looking to List or Rent a place to live. They have excellent and prompt customer service, which I found very helpful! I highly recommend using Rentola.ca. The only negative is that their website is not very smart phone friendly. Vìew it on a computer.

My husband wasn't used to applying this way before and requested me to cancel. I was raised in A Landlord home. I helped clean apartments and helped with the rent payments etc. I did snow removal etc.
We did not use internet ai those days. My family did it for 25 years.
I appreciate you getting back to me. We rented from Sunrealty who were very encouraging to us when we left one place. Saying they would give us a good review in the future. We are supposed to look at a place tonight. Hope it goes well. We may resign on if not. Thanks for everything!
