I subscribed to the service and found it very useful
I subscribed to the service and found it very useful. However, my situation changed and an alternative was found that did not require these services and I tried to cancel the subscription within the time alloted for such action. Unfortunately, the system was not allowing me to even get into my account and I was billed as anybody would be after the term expired for cancellation.
After explaining my predicament, the folks at Rentola were very helpful in resolving this matter, and I am grateful for their help in this.
I would recommend this service as it is very useful, and the folks running it are very understanding.
Thanks to Dave for his attentiveness and common sense.
