If I could I’d give them zero stars - they are scamers! They ask you to pay 1€ and then charge you 39€! Without you knowing it costs so much cause they don’t give you this information! I want my money back!!!!

I signed up for Rentola thinking I could pay a small fee to contact a tenant, but I was unknowingly enrolled in a recurring subscription. Despite canceling within the trial period, I was still charged and faced difficulties getting the company to stop payments. The service did not help me find a room, and the subscription felt like a scam. I expected better transparency and customer support. I do not recommend this site to anyone looking for honest rental help.

Massive scam please do yourself a favour and don’t go anywhere near this website

It had skipped my mind to cancel my subscription before its renewal and I cancelled it on the day of renewal. I am one of the exceptions after I sent an email I was replied and assisted in just a few minutes being allowed to cancel on the renewal date.

I would call this service a farce just to be polite. I searched for properties to rent (Auckland, New Zealand) and I got several good looking options : I clicked on the first one and pressed the "Contact Landlord" button which then prompted me to pay $1.69 for a so called "7 day Trail" which I did after which it took me to a Rental property company's website (Just Rentals) where the property I was wanting to look at was no where in sight - it was obviously an age old listing! I knew immediately that this was a waste of time and money attempted to cancel my subscription (which was to be something like EURO 60 a moth once the trail period was over!) where I was told I had to wait a 24 hours before doing so though I did manage to cancel the subs the next day. Bottom line: I donated $1.67 to Rentola and got away relatively unscathed.

While looking for a house for my daughter studying in Hungary, I made the biggest mistake of my life and signed up for RENTOLA. The listings are OLD, REPETITIVE, and belong to people who don't respond to messages. Sign up if you want to throw your money away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional, I cancelled my subscription 4 minutes after the free trial ended and yet I got charged after 12 days for a whole month, that’s 40€. Unbelievable, I have contacted them million times and they say the matter is closed and when I ask to speak with a supervisor they keep reply the same person. Unprofessional at the highest level, stay away from this site!

first I was surprised for the payment of 39 euros but if you look on the long run money well spend.

This is a scam. Will ask you to pay but only sends you to a new website where you can never reach anyone.

Rentola.com rentola.be to rentola.sg are all scammers. Thousands of unrelated people worldwide have warned about them.
Also, Rentola.sg is illegally using info and data from iliveSg website. Rentola SG redirects paid users to iliveSG, and iliveSG still does not reveal contact info of property agents nor owners because you have not paid iliveSG yet.
Other users have complained that they were charged although they did not subscribe to Rentola.
Avoid all these websites!

SCAM! Got €1 from me on a listing that showed to be a long-term listing, and when they send me to the actual website, I realise it's 30 days maximum. It seems I have a difficulty searching for reviews before I flush out my money, but still, at least I'm smart enough to create a one-time use temporary card with only €1 limit on it.

It appears as a general search platform. When you investigate a property, it requires $1 for "full access". The leads are BS and 3rd party. 1 week later you are charged $40 for a useless service.

Advertise a £1 trail but don’t tell you this will automatically roll into monthly payments of £35, such a scam and can’t get a refund. Disgrace
