AVOID - Predatory and Coercive Billing - Terrible

“Country managers” are openly requesting 5 star TrustPilot reviews as a coercive method for customers to receive refunds for requests that were submitted within their written guidelines, and you get harassed by them for reporting this.

Beware of this scammy and predatory company. Also note that they will repeatedly harass you to remove any information identifying their predatory practices by attempting to take advantage of the TrsuPilot system and flagging reviews that aren’t to their liking.

The fact that they play these infantile games to boost their rating tells you everything about doing business with this company and how worthy they are of your business. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Great Customer Service especially Sara is amazing. I was subscribed to Rentumo and forgot to unsubscribe even after I find a place. I wasn't expected a refund but contacted them with little expectation. But, They were very nice to provide a refund for it. Appreciate Rentumo❤.

Was mis lead into paying 20 twice a month for a subscription to have landlords contact me directly not one contact was made nor was there any relevant property’s sent to me was just a big scam in my eyes and took money from me for atleast 3- 4 months 20 every week sometimes and even 20 on one day and then 20 the next day absolute scam will never be using this site again pure fraud for someone who is trying to find a home to live in
