Managed to break the arm off my Ray-Ban prescription glasses :-( Sent to Repair Glasses on the 12th Feb and today (16th Feb) they are back with me - perfectly fixed! Great communication and service - would highly recommend.

It’s very difficult to get things repaired these days and when the arm came off a 1990s pair of Ray Bans that were in otherwise good condition and a classic design it seemed like they were going to end up in the bin.
We managed to find this company on the internet and thought as they had good reviews and were offering a repair for £24.99 it was worth a punt.
So glad we did, they couldn’t have been more helpful and did a brilliant robust repair and also tightened the other arm.
They were returned to us within a couple of days.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you have a pair of treasured sunglasses that need a bit of tlc.

My vintage B&L Ray-Bans had one arm detached and general wear. Several times I'd been told that "they can't be repaired" or "We can glue a new arm on, but it won't be sprung like it is now".

I didn't want a compromised repair, but I also couldn't bring myself to throw them away.

Luckily I found Matt at repair-glasses.co.uk who specialises in Ray-Bans. Matt did an excellent job - reattaching the broken arm and replacing the springs on both arms so that the glasses once again fit properly and firmly.

I would happily have paid a lot more than I was charged for Matt's excellent service - I can't rate him highly enough.

Repair Glasses fixed three pairs of prescription Ray-Bans for me in two weeks; each was a three day turnaround from posting to receiving back; fantastic service; thank you. Excellent communication also.

I was hoping to get my glasses fixed locally. The break seemed pretty easy to take care of by someone who knows what they're doing. But the local optician refused to even take a closer look or recommend anyone.

So with a busy schedule, I had to search online.

Another company quoted me close to £50 based on photos, and these guys have a flat fee half that.

The only down side was in the site's wording, it reads like they take care of postage, but they don't take care of the postage from me to them.

Anyway, my glasses were fixed and sent over very quickly and they work great again. £28 incl postage my end.

I'd only had my glasses a few weeks,, when unfortunately I broke them, by leaving them in the wrong place and the arm was broken.. I looked online to see if there was anywhere that maybe able to repair them.I got them back with the arm firmly attached.
I paid 24.99 for the repair and just over a fiver for the recorded delivery to send them. It saved me very nearly £120 for a new pair. Very happy.

Sent off my varifocals. The arm was broken off. I was told by my major optician firm that they were irreparable. I got them back with the arm firmly attached with a new (near matched) flexible joint soldered into place on the inside of the frame.

Fantastic friendly service and super quick!

I sent what I thought were irreparable Tom Ford glasses, that had been stood on, with both arms off and hinges badly torn in different ways, I sent at 4pm, I had an email at 10.23am the next morning saying they'd already been repaired! Received in great condition, at 11am the day after that. Astonishing speed and service, for a cheap price, would highly recommend.

Very fast service - 4 days from when I posted my glasses to Repair Glasses to receiving the repaired glasses - and very helpful advice.
No fuss, clear information and they did everything they said they would when they said they would do it.

Such a fast service, no fuss. Highly recommend. Arm was broken from my frames and Matt repaired it within days.

Very, very quick service.
I contacted Repair Glasses and was quoted £24.99 for my repair, I posted my glasses on Monday morning, on Tuesday morning I received confirmation that the repair had been done, and on Wednesday morning I received my glasses back repaired and ready to use again. Just fabulous.
Fantastic service and at a really competitive price, thank you. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

I was told by staff in a Rayban store, Vision Express where I bought them and a specialist Ray Ban repair online service, that they my glasses were not fixible and I should just buy new frames for £130 (as they were prescription lenses).

I sent them to Repair Glasses and got a message to say they had been repaired before I even expected them to have arrived at the workshop and 2 days later they arrived back with me looking as good as new.

For £25 that is an outstanding service.

Fast service to repair a pair of Persol sunglasses which had snapped at the nose bridge. The glasses were fixed and returned to me within a week and the repair work is absolutely fantastic, I cannot even see the original break. Matt told me in an email that he would insert a metal pin to create strong bond and then apply a glue. I cannot recommend the quality of this work highly enough and it looks as though it will last

Arm broken on expensive Polarized Polaroid sunglasses took them back to vision express only for them to tell me that they don't fix their own glasses?! Specsavers had them for few days unable to fix them.. Ordered a replacement arm on ebay didn't fit. Found this company. Fantastic value with return postage within couple of days my sunglasses 😎 were back.. Not the original Polaroid quality arm but what can I really ask for more for £24.99 fixed & supporting my vision through these 🔥 ☀ days. Thanks 🙏
