Great customer service all round from start to finish.

I went there on the recommendation of my sister who had used them before.

I wanted reactive glasses which I wasn’t able to get anywhere as I wanted to use my own frames.

There was no issue with them accommodating my request.

All the staff I came across were really friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.

I would highly recommend this opticians. Their prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be using again and recommending them to friends and family.

Excellent company from first phone call through to new glasses. Very difficult for me to get out at the moment with a husband who has altzimers. So I made appointment for home visit. Donna came on time was very friendly and professional. Measured my eyes for right size glasses. Showed me lots of different frames to choose from. Had an Optition appointment later that day. Sent my prescription over to Donna’s phone. A few days later Donna bought my new glasses home to me. Made sure they fitted ok made a few little adjustments and all done. Very reasonable price. I have an appointment for six months to make sure all is still ok with glasses. I can also call anytime if I have any problems with the glasses and Donna will come out and sort them out for me. This is so helpful and takes a lot of stress off me not having to work out when I can get appointments that fit in with carers.

They go above and beyond to make the process of choosing your spectacles a pleasant experience. Their follow-up Care is second to none and they do Home visits for people who can’t get out easily. Their prices are fantastic and they have a beautiful array of frames to choose from. A lovely addition to Frintons Connaught ave. A fabulous team who deserve the success they are getting.

Friendly, helpful staff and clear pricing

I trialled the " At Home service " meaning that the whole process of choosing, delivering and the fitting of new glasses was done completely at home. The whole process was very straightforward and Donna was extremely friendly and accommodating, in that my glasses to try were delivered to me at work, Ruth delivery and fitting carried out at home. Fantastic service. Highly recommended

Donna from Precision Optics visited my home today to return my glasses, lenses from my new prescription had been fitted. As always with this company service is excellent, Donna is very friendly and always helpful. Along with the glasses, I was given new cleaning cloths, lense cleaner, pen and my favourite bit a little chocolate! If you haven't tried them I would totally recommend.

I cannot express enough how helpful, friendly and easy going the Precision Optics staff are! You’re welcomed through the door on the way in and out of the building, nothing is too much trouble for them. Not only did my glasses get fixed but I also bought a new backup pair too, they already had my prescription and the lenses where changed straight away which enabled me to walk out with a new pair of glasses! You’re left to browse in your own time with nobody following you asking if you need help. The team go above and beyond in my opinion and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The price of my new glasses were so much cheaper than going to an optician’s too!

Stacey has the patience of Job and is great fun. Advised without any sense of just wanting to make a sale. Various payment options which are helpful to fit with personal budget. Great prices.
