After waiting two weeks for the engineer to fix our washing machine we was told the machine is beyond repair and given two options a refund of policy or buy a new washing machine from them!!!!! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Washer dryer was leaking water and this company talked me through how to clean the filter on the phone. Washer dryer fixed with no fee! So happy to find a company that I can trust. Will definately use this company in the future if I have any problems with my appliances.

The gentleman on the end of the phone was so helpful and generous with his time and tips to help me get rid of a bad smell in my washing machine even though they were not needed to come out and therefore weren’t getting business from me.

Very helpful over the phone and was able to point us to the issue without the need of calling someone over which would have been costly. Very grateful

Excellent service came out quickly to repair my dishwasher

Booked a repair for my Dishwasher. Engineer came next day and now working perfectly! Happy with the repair but also the fantastic team there to help. Carl was very helpful! Highly recommended to all!

Turned up on time and fixed the problem. Did what they promised. Deal of no fix no fee against a fixed fee and a year’s insurance plan compared favourably with others, especially no fix no fee.

After being let down by another company I was over the moon to have my washer dryer repaired in a couple of days. My kitchen was left tidy and the engineer was very polite. Will definitely be my first port of call next time.

Have a dishwasher AEG under a warranty with spring plans they use hotpoint to fix my machine now 12 weeks later still not fixed ? They have offered to replace with a cheaper machine . However I would like my machine fixed have sourced the parts but they don’t use AEG for parts for a AEG machine

Having been told my existing machine was too expensive to repair I was worried that I had paid a lot for a repair contract.
Carl contacted me and they have sorted everything and a new machine for a very fair additional cost. This was an excellent deal and not a ripoff. Well done to Carl and all the team for good value and great service
