After waiting a month for an update on a watch I sent in I emailed for an update. At first I was told it was never received (I sent priority mail and knew it was). Hours later I received a message from Lynda telling me they received it and utcwas being sent back. The next day I received a bill fur shipping. I inquired whether it was fixed, Lynda then told me incident follow the rules “you’re not allowed to contact them - read the faq)” therefore it was being sent back. Again I asked whether it was fixed. She says read the faq. I told her that the customer service was clearly lacking and I wanted an answer. She told me since I didn’t follow the rules it was not being fixed, it was being sent back unopened and she did not have time for me. Apparently communicating with customers goes against Lynda’s definition of customer service. I wish I’d read the other bad reviews before I wasted my time.. when my package was returned I found it stepped on and squished / true unopened but it was clearly purposely harmed.

I bought a watch from these crooks. They sent the wrong on. And then stopped answering my emails

Watch supplied was faulty and was loosing 5 minutes per hour.
Made contact and asked if i could return for a replacement but not an option,
Just kept sending responses to waste time without a reasonable solution.
Tried to get me to part with more money on numerous occasions by asking me to purchase a replacement at full price and they would send 2 or I could pay additional postage of £38 for a replacement.
Please do not take a chance with this company.

I ordered 3 watches. Came as expected, no issues, no problems, great communication. Takes weeks to come but be patient.

Bought a Tudor Pelegos watch fantastic detail and good Quality.
Communication very good and every question I asked was answered same day.

Very good experience!! I sent an email before placing an order requesting some pictures of the product I was interesting in.The supplier responded the same day with some videos attached. A few days after I placed the order, I received the tracking order. Delivery took some weeks as it was planned. I received the watch and it looks exactly like what I saw on the video. The website is currently on maintenance. It's a bummer because I would have placed another order :)

I bought a replica Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra White Dial Stainless Steel Automatic watch and the details shown on-line do match the watch received. The case size was listed as 38.5mm and the one I got was 41mm. The date window was shown to be on the edge of the face at the 3 o'clock position, but the one I got was much more to the middle of the watch. And the plain white dial face as shown in reality had vertical ribbed lines on it. When I contacted the seller about the discrepancies they said that all replicas have 1-2mm variation in size, and didn't address the other issues. I wish they sold what they advertise - I think they use stock photos of the "real" watches and not the actual replicas they sell. However, the watch arrived in 2 weeks to Virginia from the date of order, and tracking was provided to monitor its progress.

Bought TAG HEUER monaco Steve Mcqueen style replica, from this company utter rubbish cost over£160 wasn't worth £10, it was advertised as AUTOMATIC when it arrived it was quartz, I tried to get a refund, I was very clear that i had bought an automatic which was stated on my receipt and that it was a matter of principle to want what I had ordered, they tried every trick in the book, "it can't be sent back due to your country's draconian laws" , "well OK but you have to agree that their is 99% certainty it won't reach us and we won't pay you" etc, told me to watch was good I should accept, they tried abuse insults talking to you like a child, blinding you with technical information , tried to constantly muddy the waters constantly pretending they couldn't understand what the problem was, saying yes but that watch can't be made with an automatic movement its impossible, and saying "yes but it's a genuine Japanese quartz just accept it" . They clearly just bait and switch, oddly they changed tac at one point apologised twice and offered a partial discount if I accepted the watch they didn't state how much and I didn't ask as it was clearly just another time wasting trick, but clearly the two apologies were admittance they know what they are doing.

After realising their email service is just part of the con I suspect that the extremely long postal and existence of this oddly dedicated email abuse service is just all to buy time in order to Break the money chain so it's harder for your payment service to recall your money as time progresses.

Took a punt on an a Tag Heuer Monaco AUTOMATIC replica, I was just curious I didn't expect at the price point given which was $170 which worked out at about £160+ so not exactly cheap, so I didn't expect the chronograph to actually work but I checked and checked again and the website stated that all watches were exact AAA rating and had Asian AUTOMATIC movements, so I bought and received a receipt stating quite clearly Tag Heuer Monaco AUTOMATIC. So I waited for almost a month for the watch to arrive, packaged in a thin cardboard box which had been crushed in every direction possible inside the watch was laid out in a plastic zip bag and wrapped in a piece of bubble wrap fastened with sellotape, about as bad as you could get for a delicate instrument. The case back was very rough and you could tell a distance it was cheap replica insipid tag logo you could hardly make out and a kind of circular scrubbing mark over all the info. The second hand dial didn't work the chrono did which at this price told me what I already suspected that it was a quartz movement inside, which I later confirmed it was the main Crown was screw in and didn't do anything it just wobbled about and didn't screw in very well either.
So i contacted the company by e mail I will spare you the entire series of emails except to say their modus operandi was to obscufulate lie make excuses a terse tone and minor insults which were always punctuated in block capitals, I tried to counter this by remaining calm and polite, at the end of the day they held all the cards but if I hadn't I think their manner could have become very volatile, bizarrely after the lies, manipulation and attempts to bully they did try apologising and offering a part refund, they didn't say how much, but later they offered $10 which I did not accept as it was an insult. I will not resolve this, it is their tactic to keep you going round in circles. I honestly never expected to get refunded I just thought I would give them the opportunity. Before I left this bad review!
As the watch is no good to me, I took the watch apart and decided to do a test here are my findings.
1 strap, I cut the strap apart and it was some kind of composite material not Leather in any part.
2 case, very heavy steel very unrefined, poorly finished, case back circular grind marks over info making it hard to read.
3 movement Japanese quartz only good thing about the watch.
4 glass, and I mean glass this is not mineral or crystal, I took it outside and hit it against my wall I tried to replace the sort of strike that might happen in daily life it smashed into hundreds of pieces after 3 small strikes it was so thin it was like greenhouse glass.

I'm surprised this site has such a low rating, I admit their emails reply are not very fast, but all questions will be answered and solved.I bought a panerai 6 months ago, it's perfect, I'm about to buy a new rolex.

Ordered iwc portuguese. The website image and the watch received weren't the same,ie the two secondary dials are a few mm distance from the numerals instead of touching the numerals. I complained and the response was I was being too particular! No return is possible so negotiating a partial refund which won't be much. So Beware!

Cannot fault them. Ordered a Omega Seamaster allbeit during their New Years holiday. Messaged me as soon as they returned to work as I asked to change the model - no problem. I then upgraded to have it waterproofed. All told around 150 quid. The watch did take a while to arrive but a tracking number was issued to me. The watch came and its quality is second to none. Highly recommend.

After nearly three months the watch I ordered was confiscated by US Customs in Miami when entering the country. BEWARE!

I purchased a watch from this company, they told me it would be a few days before dispatch as it was being checked. From the day it arrived it stopped every 24 hours at more or less the same time, they told me to replace the battery, I had it checked it was almost flat so I paid for a replacement, it made no difference, a month on after many emails the centre winder has now broken. They offered to replace the watch it I paid the postage again, I refused as it was broken from new, they should cover this charge. I have now given up and will not use them again. I am complaining to the credit card company, in allowing them to transfer payments they are encouraging fraud. I was sold a new watch for an agreed price, it was broken from day one.

I order a breitling navitimer gmt watch from these people who are known also as sum watches and after ordering I read the reviews which were not great well I MUST say my watch I ordered is outstanding value and fantastic replica postage was 10-12 weeks but I'm over the moon with what I recieved and have no idea why people have left negative feed back there communication was excellent and they reassured me all the way threw tracking information was provided just brilliant 5 stars from me

Fraudulent site, do not purchase from this retailer. The model was not as selected, no communication and no responses to reimburse or resend. The site is a complete scam, beware.

I do not understand those negative reports on ReplicaWatchReport.Yes in the beginning, after i placed my order i got quite confused and sceptical,after i bumped on this site,because the shipping procedere was delayed and the particular watch model i selected was out of stock.The communication with the seller was very good though and he answered always fast to my questions.Today my watch arrived after aprox 6 weeks and i was just positive surprised.Wow!!!The PF Nautilus looks beautyfull and exactly same as pictured and described on their website.Also the seller was very generous and compensated me with a free Mont Blanc pen for the long processing time.Approaching the seller with all these negative postings here on this site,he just answered... Replica watches business is hard n the competition is big.:-) That explains everything.in my opinion RWR has one of the best replica watches available in the market.I am 100% happy and satisfied.👍🏼

Useless product and worse customer service

On May 26 I ordered a Cartier Ladies Tank Francaise. I had read the bad reviews but chanced it anyway. I paid $146 by credit card and hoped I could get my money back if things went wrong. On May 31 they sent me an email (in terrible english) providing tracking details. I did not click the tracking link and was still very skeptical that it would ever arrive. On June 11 it arrived, it looks perfect and it works.
