Every Cartier watch I chose (still available on their website) - was out of stock. At the end I did NOT chose the only one they have in stock (the one with the diamonds on the face), so the money came back after 7 days. No problem.

These people are total scammers, liars, cheats, thieves, no ethics, no brains, no remorse, no shame, no guilt, no thought at all & clueless...kharma

Watch received after many delays in Feb 2021 they kept telling me watches I selected were our of order and I chose one they told me they had in stock in the end! its now 06 March 8/9 diamonds are missing from watch face already. I have reached out to Company regarding return policy. This is disgraceful as for a copy watch it was not cheap.

What a joke of a company. Save your time and headache, buy elsewhere.

The only thing this company is good for is excuses and BS.

Merchandise and customer service, pack it up and put it in the trash Wednesday night for pick up on Thursday!

I purchased a Longines Chrono Rep from this company. Their web site has just copied the pictures and descriptions directly from the Longines web site and what you get bares no similarity to their descriptions on their web site. They advertised the watch that i received as an Automatic , however I received a cheap watch with a quartz movement and it was utter garbage and I threw it in the bin. The Chrono and date functions were non functional and the Chrono buttons on the side of the case have no purpose. The date window is so small that it would be impossible to read anything within the window even if it did work. This company are a bunch of scammers who mis-describe items on their web site and you will receive a poor quality watch. You should avoid dealing with this company at all costs. Very poor quality watch delivered. Watch was supposed to be a chronometer and the movement in the watch delivered did not function properly. A nonfunctional chronograph button was added to the wqatch merely for ornament with not fuinction. There were misspellings of the markings on the watch.

These people never even sent me my watch, they sent me nothing, and then they keep requesting for bitcoins!

Sent me a fake tracking number, it said it was arrived, and then when you review the company that shipped it… It says it’s all a scam this company is a total scam do not buy from them!

This company advertises watches they do not have just to lure you in. Once they have your money they tell you that your watch choice is not in stock. I picked 4 more watches and none of them were in stock. I asked for a refund and they went dark. I froze the credit card transaction and recorded all email exchanges and let the bank know that they are frauds. STAY AWAY

Liars total liars. Bait and switch. You will never get a refund. I will never ever use this company again. Play at your own risk with these crooks. The movement what's wrong in the watch and the casing was wrong. But not as advertised. Liars!

I bought a replica Omega Seamaster Chronograph GMT from this company. The watch I ordered was not the watch I received. It was very similar but it did not match the advertisement.
1. The watch diameter should be 44mm but it was only 41.5mm. The website did not list this discrepancy
2. The GMT function was a fake hand and did not work at all. The website did not list this limitation
3. Some fees were added to the order after I paid for the watch. These fees were not explained on the website
4. Because the company sent me a watch I didn’t order, I demanded a full refund and the return shipping paid for

In my attempts to return the watch for a refund, no return address has yet been offered. The return address on the package is not the correct return address. Numerous attempts to inform the contact person (Sum?) about my concerns only resulted in the contact person convincing me that the discrepancies were no big deal and to return the watch would cost me the shipping cost.

Be prepared for the above if you are purchasing items from this seller. Also, this seller might have multiple websites, eBay and facebook sites.

Bought a watch but after reading reviews decided to cancel my order the next day. Communication was good and got 90% refund, which i was satisfied with. The photos of watches on their website arent the replicas, however i recommend requesting photos / video of the actual watch before purchasing, which they will send.

Got a IWC Pilot and its awesome. Communications, service and shipping one of the best.
I will be back and fully recommend.

I recently bought a replica watch from MAGICREPLICA.is WOW WICKED I would say I emailed them 25 times trying so hard to get a full replacement watch for the one that was DEFAULTED by the manufacturer , and two things that were in their adds as to FALSE information . 1st their watch said screw down pushers and crown ! & that if theres either problem with the watch in manufacturer defect

I recently purchased a hublot laferrari... what a load of s***e, the crown to turn the hands wobbles, nearly on its way off if im honest... contacted them at sum watch... waste of time they said thats how it should be, and really wasnt interested in anything else i had to say... obnoxious replies through email... basicly called me liar though i sent video proof. You have been warned. £297 wasted.

Poor and transparent people. Arrived different clock from the one bought, and of very bad quality unlike what is written in the description on the site. No possibility of exchange and refund offered of only 10 usd or discount on next purchase.
