Third class support

Third class support. Live support is for instantly resolve the issue not lasting. I want to renew my domain from around 4 hours and unable to . i have balance but failed.

i try several times to contact using emails , contact form and live chat but till now failed to renew.

Very poor service.

my ticket is still open even after 4…

my ticket is still open even after 4 months. You company close the ticket automatically without any reason and I have to reopen a new ticket.
My account is still blocked without any reason. Even if it is blocked due to hacker, its lack of security in server not in users. We are using hotmail, microsoft, godaddy account effectively but not resell.

Shaheen understood my problem and went to work to make everything work as it should. Shaheen gave me very detailed information on questions I asked. All is working properly with my domains now. Personal care and attention I received!

When I ignored all the warnings regarding our domain name expiring and it finally did, we truly panicked. Because of my mistake all company activities were frozen! Friends at RESELL persaonally helped me online and did not let me go until the domain name was active again. I am truly thankful to the operator who helped me thru! It is not very common to see such personal attention and care any more. I am very much impressed!

Very Non Cooperative Support Team

Very non cooperative support team. I am trying to add funds from last 2 days in my reseller account. There system is declining transaction, although all the information is correctly entered. My Debit Card is working fine with all other companies. On contacting support team, they say, we have filter 3 attempts per 24 hours. Even the support member does not know, when this filter is going to expire and i can try again to add balance. Really disappointed. I have client domain on resell.biz, it is going to expire today and they cant help me in any way to renew my expiring domain.

Nasir A is the billing support Team member. Who quits the support chat window, even without asking if i need any further information on this matter.

Shocking

We signed up in 2016 for a web domain through eshop designers and it was set to auto renew every two years, all was well until this year three days ago when we went to our store and found it had been replaced by a golf image ?

We had been given no notifications, or anything so this was very stressful, we tried to contact our provider and found they were no longer in business.

We enlisted a magento specialist who then told us the domain had expired. We were unsure how this could be as it was on auto renew and we had not been given a single email or notification about it.

We then had to spend hours figuring out who we could contact for the domain or what to do as it was GDPSR masked.
We eventually contact the regulator who gave us resell.biz as the owners and we contacted them.

We provided all the documents to verify what we had said and asked for it to be moved to our provider for our other sites and they refused.

They told us that it had expired on the 17th of September and as so many days had passed they wanted 236 dollars to reinstate it.
I only wanted my domain name back but they told me they would not allow it to be transferred unless we paid them

They quoted ICANN rules around domains inactivity, so I went to ICANN and it explicitly states that WE MUST received AT LEAST TWO notifications prior to the domain being expired.

We notified them catagorically that we had not even had 1 notification and they outright know this as they can see eShop designers doesnt exist as a business working anymore.

I asked to make a complaint and all of a sudden the email replies dried up. So I have now defaulted to making a complaint to ICANN.

I am sorry but this is shocking, there is no way when you know the business has gone bust and accept it that you should be demanding such a fee when you know the rules have been breached.

You dont then ask for the maximum amount to restore it quoting rules when you know that in effect the rules were breached by no notifications being sent by eShop designers.

Sorry but its grossly unacceptable. We paid £25 every two years for domain renewal, so asking us to pay 236 dollars to retrieve a site that we had no notifications of an issue on is absurd.

Not only that but to then claim "oh you had over 30 days to renew it", when the website was still active until 9 days ago is crazy.

How could I even know there was an issue when for the first 30 days it was active and all appeared in order ? it just feels very untoward and has left me with a very uneasy view of this company and their practices

Update
I literally spoke to them and gave them my order details so they have then requested ‘further information’
The reality is I have been in dialogue with them for about two weeks
They offer ten per cent off
That’s it
Frankly I would rather not have the domain than pay their excessive fees
I have filed my official complaint now with the regulator

2. The response to customer is a little bit late, though that once it is responsed is detail and a good manner. I will suggest the customer service process should be more clearly and simply and that once someone who takes the case can always keep following it and actively response to customer.
3. Mr. Shaheen treats my case detailly and patiently.

Poor and lazy response

Getting support with resell.biz is very pain full. chat operator does not care and closed chat without any confirmation.
Seem they don't care about customers
email support take 1 to 2 week to solve the issue.
