Hannah Davis from JLL has been an exceptional property manager - I have had several minor issues since moving in, all of which she has helped solve promptly and with as minimal disruption as possible. The most recent was replacing my shower valve, which was carried out in almost record time.
A large part of why I am so comfortable in my current flat is that I know her reliable (and warm) support is only a phone call or email away!

JLL have been a reliable property management company and helped solve most of our issues with our tenancy with the utmost urgency. There were a few times the landlord was being very unreasonable but JLL did their best to get everyone to agree and be on the same page. Despite disagreements with the agency and the landlord, JLL, specifically Suth, never deterred from his professionalism.

JLL has been managing the property we have been renting for the past few years, and our experience has been smooth so far. I would like to make special mention of Shaan Birk, who has always been approachable and responsive whenever any issues arose. For instance, when the microwave-oven unit in the apartment recently broke down, Shaan promptly arranged for an engineer to inspect and replace the appliance.

I got a pretty good impression on JLL when I managed to find an amazing apartment. However, JLL failed to perform basic due diligence on the landlord (but very stringent background check on tenants), resulting that my move was impacted very last minute. I am relocating from another EU city to London. This last-minute surprise caused a lot of logistics issues and of course mental distress. I’m not happy with the agent who counter proposed another flat which is 30-40% higher than my original budget. The agent is also not reachable by phone when difficult situation occurred. Right now I’m still sorting out an alternative flat in very short time frame, which is really a shame as JLL is such a well established agency.

We have had a very difficult time trying to process a change of sharer. It has taken 4+ months to do this, with massive miscommunication causing delays and frustration to both us and the landlord (and us being blamed for this).
There’s also been an attempt of wrongfully extracting money from us in the term of “arrears”, which was later corrected by us maintaining records of all rent payments.
Further, the new contract has had mistakes such as no mention of rent amount and duration dates being different to what was agreed over emails.
I’m very disappointed by this service by JLL, specifically by some employees in the London E15 branch.
