JLL have been responsible for managing our Stratford property for a number of years. Suth has provided us with an outstanding service and is extremely competent and conscientious in looking after both our interests and in dealing with any concerns that have been raised by tenants renting the property. He always keeps us well informed and is quick to respond and deal with issues when they arise.

Most reviews are given at the time of entry. Read reviews that were given after that point in time and you will see a pattern.
Entry is a great part of the process, exciting as you have a new place.
But be warned... at the end, they will try to take all of your deposit, i.e. thousands of pounds.
In our check in, there were some issues
- Broken lamp
- Damaged wall
- Stained carpets
- Broken pulleys
- and more
Somehow, they missed all of these in the check in report.
However we didn't!
We submitted all the photos a week later, and they were accepted without dispute.
Lo and behold, when we checked out, they didn't have this report. They also miraculously found all these issues on check out, that they missed when we checked in.
Assuming there was a mistake, we sent them the report we submitted. Surely they wouldn't want to charge us for this when they knew?
Wrong...
They didn't pass it to the landlord. We should "await the landlords initial feedback." Which is odd, because of course the landlord would charge us and of course we would dispute.
We were charged. We disputed, they didn't read the check in we sent again, and were still charged.
Then... we send the evidence for each individual item by email.
Some charges removed. Some charges remained. At first we weren't even told which ones remained, just asked if we accepted!!!
Often dismissed, and ignored. We are now going through the TDS.
They are there to protect the landlord, get money for the landlord, not you. We are not letting them do that.
I do wonder though, how many deposits have they stolen, and will they steal yours??

I reached out to the email provided. No one replied, I'm still going through the TDS process, and not made any progress with JLL.

I have rented two apartments through JLL over last two years. My experience wasn't very great and I raised a lot of concerns. The good thing is these concerns were addressed and that's the best part. My tenancy manager, Amman Ahmad, is exceptionally professional and amazing at his job. He understands the situation from a tenant's standpoint, arrives at logical conclusion in a timely fashion and always delivers the right outcome. This makes the overall experience very delightful. I hope JLL continues to do well and hire more people like Amman.
