Team at JLL (Canary wharf) office are…

Team JLL (Canary wharf) office is exceptional and always stands out. Their PM and letting managers are always helpful. We rent multiple apartments through JLL and Yezi and Tiffany manages most of them, she always puts both landlords and tenant's prospective in place and comes out with a win win solution for both. Overall, a great team to work with.

1-bed at Radley House

I rented a 1-bed flat near Battersea Power Station through JLL and had an excellent experience overall. All team members I dealt with were very professional and proactive, not least Emily He who was a tremendous help especially when I needed to terminate my tenancy and relocate to Edinburgh. She handled everything very smoothly and was a pleasure to deal with.

Bad Property Manager

JLL is reliable, but the Property Manager, Paige, does not seem suitable for her role. She responds late, communicates poorly, and gives tenants the impression that she is unwilling to work. Although we only need to reach out to her a few times a year, doing so is consistently stressful.

Renting in London with JLL

I had a great experience renting my apartment near King's Cross for the past three years, thanks to Yezi Li from JLL. Throughout the entire tenancy she was consistently professional, responsive, and very easy to deal with.

Any repairs or maintenance issues were handled extremely quickly, often within a day or two, and communication was always clear and prompt. It made a big difference knowing that if something came up, it would be taken care of without hassle.

She was also very organised with paperwork and general communication, which made renting the property a smooth and stress-free experience. I would happily recommend Yezi Li and JLL to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent in London.

Very good experience with JLL Residential. Lily Wang is our property manager and she has been very professional, supportive, and quick to respond whenever we have questions. She is always helpful and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. We really appreciate her support and the excellent service she provides.

Yezi Li

Yezi Li, the property manager of my London home, has been serving our family for many years. Now, we are increasingly dependent on her. First of all, she is competent. She is familiar with all the daily business we encounter and can make predictions before things happen, demonstrating her astonishing industry experience. Secondly, she always stands on a balanced position among the landlord, tenant and the company. I believe that her fairness in handling matters will be admired not only by me. Thirdly, her service attitude always makes customers feel at ease. When I talk to her, I only feel warmth. Fourthly, she always upholds the honor of her company, JLL, loves her company and never says or does anything that would damage the image and reputation of JLL. She is a great person, an excellent employee and a role model for everyone to learn from. I am proud to know her and have received her service for so many years. At the same time, I am glad for JLL to have an employee like Yezi Li. Someone once asked me why I chose JLL among so many management companies. I told him that if you know Yezi Li, you will know the answer. If I could rate her personality and work, and if the full score is 10, I would give her 12 points, just as I did last year and the year before. Thank you, Yezi Li. I hope every day of yours is sunny.
