My property manager is Paige and my experience has been great. She is always ready to help and quick to support and solve any problems. I’ve recently had a few issues related to heating and plumbing in the house and Paige has always been very efficient to communicate between me and the landlord and getting the issues solved. Definitely recommend!

My first apartment renting experience…

My first apartment renting experience in the UK and had to say from the very start (viewing, moving in and checkout) the process with JLL has been super smooth. The entire team was also very responsive for any queries I had over the email and one time when I had an emergency, they followed in timely manner to resolve it.

Special shoutout to Alexandra Imray who helped me throughout during my final checkout process. They were super responsive, clarified any of my questions, connected me to the cleaning agency as well and helped me move out easily even when I was not in the UK.

JLL have managed our flat for 10 years now and during the coldest part of the year, the central heating boiler broke down. Shaan arranged an inspection and quotes for a replacement communicating quickly and efficiently with a replacement operational soon thereafter. Professional and attentive service from JLL.

One of my worst rental experience in years

One of the most disappointing experience I've had with a rental agency in London for many years. Nothing gets done or fixed in the flat, answers to our questions are ignored or only partially answered. Days, if not weeks, to hear back from simple emails. It strikes me as a company that took up on too many rentals to manage and they just don't know how to deal with it anymore. Our experience has been with the Greenwich agency.
