If Carlsberg did property sales…

I cannot recommend Danny Greenland highly enough. From the very first viewing of our London apartment all the way through to completion, Danny was the driving force that made this move happen.
Buying property in London can be an incredibly stressful process, but Danny handled every hurdle with total expertise. What impressed us most was:
• Proactive Momentum: Without his continued persistence and "push" behind the scenes, I am certain we would still be waiting to move. He kept the momentum alive when things risked stalling.
• Expert Navigation: He dealt with the solicitors expertly, bridging the gap between all parties and ensuring communication never broke down.
• Balanced Integrity: It’s rare to find an agent who truly has the interests of both the sellers and the buyers at heart. He acted with total fairness, ensuring a smooth transition for everyone involved.
If you want an agent who is genuinely committed to getting the deal over the line, Danny is your man.

Renting at Stratford through JLL

We rented a property through JLL at one of their Stratford developments in London, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were professional, responsive, and supportive right from the initial viewings through to moving in and throughout our tenancy.

Erjana and Suth were particularly wonderful to work with and genuinely pleasant at every interaction. The wider JLL team was also equally helpful whenever we needed assistance. The process felt smooth, well-managed, and stress-free, including whenever we had any questions to ask.

We would happily recommend JLL to anyone looking to rent in London.

7 years of Trustworthy and Professional Services

I had an urgent leak under my kitchen…

I had an urgent leak under my kitchen sink, and Hannah Davis was incredibly helpful. She arranged a repair immediately, and the engineer arrived within an hour and fixed everything quickly.
Really grateful for the fast and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.

They will steal your deposit

They will steal your deposit , horrible experience with them. They will always favor the landlord and do not give one crap about their tenants. My house was leaking for 2 straight months and they never compensated me for anything and then went to charge a big chunk for damage that I didn’t cause. They will steal your deposits and will not discuss anything with you they are a horrible horrible agency that have shit property managers. The property managers are robots and will not cooperate with you at all and will just use chat gpt to answer you. I tried being nice to them but if there’s one thing I know is I will never ever come close to that agency again
