Good service on property management

Experience with Suth & JLL

Our experience working with Suth Canbert has been really good. Where we’ve had any issues with the flat, he promptly supported us and ensured issues were resolved as soon as possible. We lived in the same property in Legacy Tower for 4 years and have had an overall good experience with JLL.

The Greenwich team were outstanding

The Greenwich team were outstanding. We chose JLL because Michael Chu has shown us some properties and remembered key details. When we came to sell, Cheryl remembered us buying the property 13 years before. John came to value it. Then Sam Palmer was our main contact. He was professional, efficient with excellent communication skills. Highly recommend.

Great property manager

I’ve been really impressed with the support I received from Antonella Frate throughout my tenancy. She has always been responsive, professional, and patient in handling any issues that came up. Most recently, she went above and beyond in helping me resolve a difficult matter with the landlord, and thanks to her persistence we reached a fair outcome.

It makes such a difference to have an agent who communicates clearly, acts quickly, and genuinely cares about tenants as well as landlords. I can’t thank her enough for her help
