I bought a jacket on their english…
I bought a jacket on their english website. A week later, the shipping company contacted me and asked me to pay £ 100 in order to receive the item. At that point, since the requested amount was pratically 50% of what I had spent for the jacket, I refused to pay the amount. Subsequently, the jacket was returned and the company charged me not only the shipping cost but also a large part of the duty fees. Additionally, there was an exchange of emails with the company where i expressed my concerns and disappointment about the customs fees to be paid. Residenza725 told me that they couldn't do anything about it. They didn t mention at all that by refusing the delivery, I would still have to pay about 80% of the customs fees. If I knew that, I would have paid the customs fees and accepted the delivery in the first place.

Some hiccups but that was fixed
I ordered a weekend max mara coat, using the size guide on Residenza725's website. But when I got it , it turned out the size guide was all wrong.
It took some time to communicate that with the customer care team but eventually got a solution out of it, and they said they’re working on fixing the size guide.

I placed an order for an item costing…
I placed an order for an item costing $825 and was contacted by customs for 250$ in customs duties. I contacted their customer service in an effort to resolve the issue as the duties seemed extremely high and I was concerned an error in filling out. the customs declaration was the issue. There is no customer service number. 4 emails later i received an email referring me to their policy about customs charges and fees should I not pay the duties which are incorrect! I would strongly caution anyone - this is like the Spirit airlines of retailers.

Overall good experience
While the packages can slightly damaged (packaging was flimsy) I do think the service received was really good. Fast shipping so no hassle and pricing was really great. I would shop with again.
