I placed an order on the 11th
I ordered close to a holiday and shipping and processing did take some time, but I got my order, and it was as described. I sent emails as I was worried based on some reviews, but I had a good experience and I thank the team for responding to me when they could and sending out my shoes that I love at THE BEST PRICE I could find anywhere.

I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Res725 sent out damaged (stained) clothes, I contacted the company within 5 business days of the delivery arriving. But I was then questioned why I hadn't contacted the company sooner.
The problem has still not been rectified. Unfortunately poor service, I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with Residenza725. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they don't offer returns, which left me stuck with an item I wasn't satisfied with. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
