We have greatly appreciated everything that Resort Closings has done for us to help us to be done with both of our timeshares. They were good at staying in touch with us and keeping us informed every step of the way. A very trustworthy business. Couldn’t be happier!!

Check Your Deed Carefully

What I purchased on EBay was a one week timeshare. When they sent me a copy my recorded deed was for two different weeks. And my name was misspelled! It took 9 months to finally get the corrective deed. I understand it took time to get the previous owner to fill out all of the corrective deed paperwork, but if the company had been more detail oriented this mistake would have never taken place.
