I humbly want to thank Mr. Michael Bush and Resort Closing Inc., from the bottom of my heart for getting me out of not only one but two timeshares that were becoming increasingly expensive and taxing to me financially with their Maintenance Fees that I saw no end to for many years. Michael worked diligently and was always responsive to every email and phone call that I sent or made to him in a timely manner. He made me feel as though I was an important client throughout the process and always remained approachable and professional. This was truly a refreshing experience for me after being disappointed by two other companies that I had utilized in the past with no results and loss of money paid to them. Michael Bush of Resort Closings did an excellent job in the transfer of ownership of our timeshare. He kept us informed all along the way of the process. The first buyer fell through, but another buyer was found soon. It seemed to take a long time for completion (March-December), but he worked extra hard to get it completed by the end of the year so that we were not responsible for any of the next year's assessment. This company has helped me because they are honest and true to their word. Everything was very easy and fair. I had more than one timeshare to give back but they were able to help with most of them. There are so many timeshare deedback programs that just take your money and leave you with the same timeshare.

All in all, pretty good. I had difficulty with the on-line Docusign but that may have been me.

It is great to be out from under the maintenance fees that continued to increase every year. It's a no hassle process and a big load off my shoulders and my pocketbook. I recommend it to anyone that's feels they are stuck with the maintenance fees and a time share you no longer use.

I accidentally found this number when I was googling for a lawyer to get out of our timeshare. I am so glad I did. They answered every question I asked and returned every phone call I made. We were out of the timeshare in less than 6 months. So very pleased.
