My experience has been good so far but sometimes when you need to reach out to someone it’s so difficult locating where the help/chat is at. And it’s super frustrating.

Good platform to know the landscape

My experience so far with respondent is great but the daily screener limit is a big barrier and waiting literal days and up to weeks after completing a study before I get paid isn’t very plausible. Some projects even bail without paying up.

I was skeptical at first, but Respondent quickly won me over. The onboarding is smooth, the studies are interesting and well-compensated, and the platform feels secure throughout. Every researcher I've spoken with has been engaged and curious, it makes participating feel worthwhile, not just transactional. Highly recommend to anyone looking to share their expertise meaningfully.

Genuine and legit.
It's not difficult to find researches that suit you and they often pay well. However, payment processing is a little slow (often exceeding the time it states) and the 5% processing fee is a considerable amount.

I have only good experience with respondent. The studies are great, incentives and payments are quick and customer service is beyond helpful. I highly recommend it as I only have positive experiences since I started using it 6 months ago.

Respondent.io is one of the best companies I have ever come across. They DO good — not just say they do like most companies. They apply the things they say they do and make it happen in real time.
The company always has time for their “clients”, their responses are very fast, and they have great relationship all around with both sides of their clients. I really, truly appreciate all the things they have done for me!! Payments are always prompt and easy to claim, and their application process is always very organized and simple. All around an efficient process.

Respondent has always been very clear in describing the projects goals, your input helps companies streamline processes, your voice is heard. The payment is always on time I've never had a problem with the incentive

The experience was great and seamless. The researchers are quite friendly and always try to make me comfortable with them. The payment is very prompt and reliable.

The prompt feedback via email once an application is successful, and being able to track the payment made the experience great.

I think this is a good thing to do when you need more information about things you don’t know about.

I am so proud to work them they provide good services and make me feel comfortable while earning reward.

It was a smooth experience. I had to wait till the last day for payment but barring that everything else was as per expectation.
